Sunset Nails

First time trying this nail salon and my experience was phenomenal. Not only did they book me in last minute, but they did a fantastic job. I was the last client of the night and they took care of me. I only get my nails done maybe 1-2 times a year because I always end up with cuts and damaged nails. Sunset nails took their time and did exactly what I had asked for and I’m in love with my nails. It was such an enjoyable experience, not only for me, but they offered my husband to sit on one of the massage chairs while he waited for me. They also have a reward system in place and I love that! They gave me so me free cuticle oil and a $5 coupon. I will definitely be coming back!

I feel bad leaving this review because the woman who did my nails was very kind, but I can't say I would recommend this business First off, I was excited that they offer online booking. Calling nail salons can sometimes be stressful because of the loud noises in the background. It can be difficult to hear/understand the employee booking you. I set up an appointment online, days in advance, for 4 pm. I arrived 5 minutes early, and it was 10 minutes before any of the employees acknowledged me. I didn't get put in a pedicure chair until 4:20. The woman next to me, waiting as well, told me they are always running behind. Disappointing. I was hoping with the online booking system - times would be more accurate My biggest issue was that the pedicure took 1 hour & 25 minutes. Only 7 minutes of that was a massage. Which was very mediocre, just moving her hands up and down my legs in the same motion with no pressure. 2 minutes of it was a hot towel wrap. More than half of it was applying a simply solid coat gel polish with a coat of gold glitter polish on top. I could tell she wanted to be very meticulous to the quality. And I appreciate that, but she kept smudging the paint, dropping the tools, and even spilled a whole bottle of polish at one point. She also nicked my skin with the electric file in multiple places. At the end, when the gel was already cured - she realized there was still glitter sharply sticking off the nail and had to clip it with scissors Again, she was very sweet. Asked multiple times if I liked the color, and I didn't complain because she seemed to be doing her best. But I wasn't happy with the overall experience and can't say I would recommend it.

I called and got a same day appointment! They had a fantastic selection of colors & my manicure is beautiful and perfect for fall!! I love the location, it’s clean and tidy , which is important to me. The only thing I wish they had, was more calming spa music.

Emily did a fabulous job with my nails! I love having the French tip over a sheer pink color and she didn’t disappoint. I’ve received many compliments since getting my nails done. I absolutely love them! Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend sunset nails.

My daughter and I called and got an appointment the same day. The staff was all kind and gave us two excellent pedicures. Best one I have had in quite a while and best one I have had in the area. The paint job was excellent! I saw multiple other clients receiving the same excellent service. 10/10 would recommend!
