Dazzle Nail Spa

Took my wife here because of great reviews, I wasn’t prepared for what came out. Her nails were freakishly thick and clubbed, it really looked like she had some kind of medical condition. I wish I had thought to take pics sorry. So my wife isn’t the type to say anything so she just came out really unhappy and embarrassed. I went back in to ask them to fix them and the manager want to argue with me about who’s fault it is. I told her that her nails didn’t look freakish so why did my wife’s. She wanted to blame my wife. I said I don’t care whose fault it is, I’ll pay again whatever just please fix it. I haven’t seen the results yet, I may update my one star based on that but the customer service when you raise an issue is horrible. Will not come back regardless of nails in the outcome. Bad experience. *** update *** Well she came back out, improved but still really too thick. The manager was rude when my wife went back in, and instead of being gracious just lectured her about how it was her fault and she should have said something, then turned to have non-English conversations with the nail tech while she was working. Extremely unprofessional. Horrible experience. This place should be avoided!

The people working here are always friendly and welcoming. I love this place, and I don’t go anywhere else. My general overall pick for a place to have fun and look beautiful while doing it. It also helps that my stylist Lara was super understanding during the whole thing and kept making sure I liked them before she finished. Great place, great people.

After bouncing around the Wylie/Sachse area for years, trying to find a good nail salon, I finally stumbled upon Dazzle Nail Spa from NUMEROUS recommendations on a FB page. The names Helen and Angel were mentioned many times, so I made an appointment with them. Helen did my nails, and Angel did my pedicure, and they both did an amazing job!! Helen helped me pick a color, and it was something I would’ve never picked for myself, but I absolutely loved it! So much so, I want to do it again next time! And I love the fact that they can record your colors in your profile, so that you don’t have to remember what you got each time. I have finally found my new salon! This place is wonderful!

I've gone to Lynn twice now and love my nails! Definitely recommend her, she's kind and patient with her client as well as her work. Thank you, Lynn and everyone at Dazzle.

I started going to Dazzle like 2 years ago, and at first I liked but after a while I don’t know what’s going on. I got my nails done a week ago and one of my nails fell off after 5 days, it also happened to me few months ago, they all fell off after 5 days. I said I wasn’t going to go back but I did because I had a trip and I didn’t have time to go somewhere else but this is it. Also I never like the shape or the design is never how I want it but I feel so guilty of complaining because it kinda feels like I’m bothering. I feel bad I have to write this review because they are nice when you go there but other times seem different. I hope they improve the service and the quality because this is a very expensive place. Look in the photo how big the shape is for my nails and fingers and the missing nail. I didn’t even realized the nail was gone till I looked at my hand, it’s ridiculous, I sometimes feel robbed because is so pricey and you don’t feel satisfied.
