I had an amazing experience at this salon. The staff is very accommodating and skilled, and my manicure came out perfectly. The salon itself is stylish and kept very clean. I highly recommended this location!

I love coming to charming nails! I always feel welcomed and loved when I walk in. Tina and Tammy always make sure to get all the skin off my toes and they’re so gentle when it comes to ingrown nails, I love and appreciate them for that! Cindy is MAGNIFICENT! She is so sweet and patient with me. I am extremely picky and I am very grateful for Cindy. I always come with different ideas and designs but she always makes it happen! I always leave happy with my nails and pampered from the awesome massages they give 🥰 I have been coming here for almost 4 years and I don’t think I will be going anywhere else except charming nails ❤️ She’s not just my nail tech, she’s my friend and she always makes me feel like family. 🤗

This is a girl’s paradise. I’ve searched everywhere for a nail salon that I liked, and I finally found it! The space is quiet, with gentle music-perfect for relaxing after a long day at work. 10000/10

Terrible Service and Painful Experience I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never had a problem like this. During my appointment, my nails felt like they were burning on fire 🔥. When I told Cindy, she just brushed it off as a “chemical reaction” that sometimes happens and asked if I wanted her to remove them or continue—showing no empathy or concern for my pain. Since I was almost finished, I told her to continue because of my time. I also asked about the price to change the color on my toenails, but she didn’t give me a clear answer. The technician couldn’t see well, so my toes ended up looking awful, yet I was still charged $25 for just the color change plus $55 for my burning nails. Totally not worth it. The overall service was horrible, and neither set of nails looked good. I left in pain and had to go elsewhere to have my nails removed and fixed. The least they could have done was show some empathy or offer a discount for such poor service. I definitely do not recommend this salon.
