Sweet Retreat Nails & Spa

I got my nails done yesterday, and when it came time to pay, it ended up being $35 just for my natural nails. I was really disappointed. This place can be hit or miss—sometimes they do a good job, and other times they don’t. I was highly upset because I could’ve just gone home and polished my nails myself.

This my first visit to the salon, my nail tech was John and he was exceptional, from my pedicure to my nails. Extraordinary customer service from entering until my service was complete. I will definitely be back and schedule with John. 100% recommend this salon and ask for John, you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

I visited this salon on Sunday afternoon for the first time. It was not busy, and I came in for a dip removal and manicure. I believe my nail tech’s name was Jenny. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. She was very fast and careless with the drill during the dip removal and hurt me multiple times. After I mentioned it the first time, she acknowledged it but continued drilling in the same way, and I had to pull my hands away and let her know she was hurting me. I became tense and had difficulty relaxing my fingers, which seemed to frustrate her. The application itself was also sloppy and rushed. I was really hoping to like this place, and I rarely leave reviews, but I left feeling upset with the overall service

I really wanted to like this place because it's closer than Venetian. But, the chairs are uncomfortable and not massage chairs. I paid for the upgraded pedicure and the massage I received was more like someone putting lotion on my legs for 5 minutes. Vietnamese coffee was wonderful. But I will not be returning. Bsck to Venetian I will go!

Just had the moat amazing service with Jenny and I am grateful for my pedicure service! She was fast , efficient and precise. I love a nail tech that is personable and also about their business!
