Kate took her time and did my nails so perfect! Not bulky, thin but strong, and my pedicure, well all I can say is that it’s the first time I get a pedicure and not in pain! She is sooo good! My now forever tech!

I went in to have gel polish removed, then painted over with a basic manicure. I came in at about 4 pm, knowing they close at 5 and asked if they were still accepting walk ins. They said yes, I waited a while and was eventually called back. After taking the gel polish off, there was dust everywhere (arms, hands, under my nails) which was never wiped down. Instead, the stylist painted over the dust, leaving a weird texture on my nails. Then, she continued layering on thick coats before the previous was dried, so the color looks uneven. After that, I received the half assed arm massage and she proceeded to put the top coat on while the undercoat was no where near dry. The color was coming off with the top coat. I continued to tell her "I don't think that layer is dry" then she would fan it for 15 seconds with a piece of paper, paint over it, and move onto the next nail. At this point someone came to tell me that I needed to pay because they are closing, despite not even being done. I walked out with smudged, still wet nails, polish all over my fingers that was never cleaned up, and a thick layer of salon dust under the nail and baked into each coat. So yeah, kind of grossed out and upset that I paid for this.

Ask for prices ahead of time. And make sure they understand what you exactly want. I asked for a color to match my cat eye nails on my hands and they use the same polish not using the cat eye effect and still charged me full price. I also asked her to add powder on the corner of my toenail since it was chipped. They tried to charge me for both toenails. So I came out paying $160 for a nail refill and a pedicure that was supposed to be a promotion pedicure for $60 so basically my nails costed $100 for a refill with cat eye you be the judge. No, to mention, there is plenty of polish all over my skin on my hands and my toes that they did not clean up for $160 I expected a lot more. The man kept telling me there’s no matching color for cat eye. I guess language barrier maybe there’s 1 million colors in the Store I’m sure one matches I didn’t want cat eyes specifically up-charge for paint but no magnetic affect to push the glitter.

I have never been treated with such care and respect and attentiveness as today. Linda was very detailed and caring towards my pedicure service. She made sure that I was satifisfied and even gave me a loving hug at the end. She was just magnificent. Great customer service provided by her.

I have found my new nail tech at VIE Nail Salon. Tea did a wonderful job on my nails and she is extremely friendly and sweet. I showed her a picture and she definitely duplicated it to perfection. The guy that did my pedicure did an amazing job also the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend Tea and the salon, you won’t regret it. Update: My usual nail tech had an emergency so I used Vic today and she was amazing. She did a fantastic job. Very detailed and gentle. My nails look amazing! Just the way I like them. She took her time, shaped them perfectly no rough edges and they are very neat and all even. I asked for them to be thin, I hate thick nails and she came through and she cut them down perfectly. Thank you Vic! The black nails are her work.
