Do not ever get your nail done From Heidi, she did my nails wrong after I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I told her that I wanted American and I also-showed her a picture of what I exactly wanted and she said okay. Has she completed my nails? I asked her what was the rest of the color for my nails so she said she was done. She did not give me what I wanted and I went to go speak to the manager. He want to speak with her and shecalled me a liar and said that I never showed her the picture. She insulted my character by calling me a liar, knowing that I showed her the picture of exactly what I wanted. I have been coming to this establishment for over four years and never have been this disrespectful. To add to the injury, they wanted me to sit back in her chair and let me let her do my nails after she called me a liar

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I came in to get my nails done before a vacation, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst nail appointments I’ve had. Every single one of my cuticles was cut during the process — they were visibly damaged and scabbed over afterward, and it was genuinely painful for days. I initially asked for a normal acrylic set, but I was pressured into getting gel instead. The result was thick, uneven, and just poorly done overall. Not only was it uncomfortable, but it didn’t look professional either. Really disappointing experience, especially right before a trip. I probably won’t be returning.

I really wanted to like this salon, but the quality was extremely disappointing. The whole place felt like a chop shop — everything was rushed, there was no attention to detail, and they barely took any time on prep. They just slapped cuticle oil on at the end like that would somehow fix the sloppy work. My polish started chipping within the first 5 hours, which has never happened to me anywhere else. For the price they charge, the quality should be way better. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Thea did SO GOOD! on my pedicure! She’s been my favorite nail tech everytime i come here! Very sweet and makes the salon experience a very great time!! I appreciate her hard work very much! Will keep coming to this salon in the future! (Really GREAT prices too!)

Used to love coming to this place, but my last two experiences have been awful. Spent $120 on a pedicure and REFILL just for every nail to be bubbly, uneven, and misshaped. To top it off I had to scrub leftover polish residue off every finger.
