2025-07-13First time customer, came for refills and gel polish. The woman who did my nails said that she was the manager. I asked her to cut my nails shorter, she insisted that she would do that "later"? She was very bossy and authoritarian, not at all accommodating to me, the customer. She kept telling me how she would do my nails rather than listening to me tell her how I want my nails to look. She was very distracted in conversation with another customer and various employees and was not focused on my nails. She never got around to cutting my nails shorter as I requested or to shaping them in almond style. She left some of my nails oval, some square round, just whatever she felt like but NONE of them were almond shaped. I am so tired of bad service in nail salons. Paying customers are at least entitled to good service, getting great service with appreciation for choosing your salon would be even better. I left feeling insulted and taken advantage of and I will not be back.
