2025-09-25Just left the place. I was there for maybe 10min. I just wanted to remove the shellac I already had. Guy said they would clean my nails too, so I assumed I would just get a mani as well, so I agreed. Nope! Just got the shellac removed and not even cleaned well. Which is fine, whatever! I only wanted that removed anyway. But I got charged $20 to remove it. $20??!? Quite ridiculous for the service honestly.

2025-12-11My daughter and I went for mani/pedi. We are new to the area and looking for a good salon. This was not it. The cleaning in this place definitely needs to be stepped up a bit. There was caked in grunge around all of the controls to the massage features of the chair. The bathroom had that same sort of grunge around the edges of the baseboards and it smelled funky in there. The gal that did my services was not able to communicate at all in in english, so I did not get the services I wanted. 🙃 I don't like to have my fingernails painted and asked to have them buffed which the gal did not seem to know how to do very well. In. The end she slapped some oil on my nails to get the Shine she was unable to accomplish with the buffing pad. When we went to pay for our services they were fairly insistent on us providing personal information "for their records", even though I was paying in cash. All in all, not a warm, caring, friendly, professional, welcoming environment.
