2025-08-16This place is THE WORST. They are really going down hill. Today I paid $60 for a lady to cut my nails super short and did a horrendous job. See the pictures. The whole time she was arguing with her coworker next to her and not paying attention to her work with me. I have been coming here for 8 years and I have never had such a terrible experience. MIMI has no idea what she is doing. She probably doesn't have a license. I plan to report them the BBB and Texas Attorney Office. Honestly, a child could do a better job!!!!!!! Do not come here!! I just contacted BBB and they are Not accredited. Their nail techs are not certified and lack training. BEWARE!!! I plan on reporting them to the city as well

2025-07-17I love this salon so much! They have the kindest people in their shop. They always do such an amazing job and are so patient with me. I have brought my coworkers/friends & family here and I will continue to do so. Stephanie and Tracy are so kind and amazing with me that I could not have asked for a better experience. I have scheduled another appt this Saturday for my friends, family, coworkers as myself and I know they will not disappoint. Thank you so much for your patience, compassion, and kindness towards my loved ones and myself! This will always be my go to salon and I will continue to send people to them because I know that they will NOT be disappointed!

2025-10-19I was charged $95 for my nails. $20 up charge for French, $20 up charge for shellac. She worked on my nails for over an hour I was nearly the last one out so the last thing I wanted to do was complain. Way too expensive for this type of service.
