Bellagio Nail Bar (At Alamo Ranch)

Came in for a manicure. Brought my own nail polish. They offer a classic manicure, cucumber manicure, and some orange collagen manicure (most expensive). I pick the cucumber manicure. The young lady at the entry was polite and nice. She got me seated with a drink. The tech comes out, yanks on my hands towards her. After removing my old nail polish, she starts cutting my nails. It wasn't until after she had cut down 3 that I realized she was cutting them SHORT SHORT! She never asked me how I would have liked them shaped or length or anything. In fact, she didn't speak to me at all. She cut all my nails down, filed, cut my cuticles and then started polishing my nails. I've noticed since getting home that the clean up around the nails isn't that great. No cucumber stuff, hand massage, nothing. She also put my nail polish in her tray to leave. I did let her know it was mine. When I get to the front to pay, the young lady rings up the cucumber manicure. I point out that's not what I got. She changed the charge to a basic manicure. Overall, disappointed. I've been working for months to grow out my natural nails after years of wearing acrylics. My nails were finally growing healthy at this point. And even though my nails are still healthy, I'm having to start over with growing them out. I won't be returning.

Tammy is the absolute best! She’s so detailed and willing to try something and if you don’t like it try something else (as far as color goes). She never rushes. And on top of all of that she’s so so sweet.

My daughter and I were looking for a nail shop close by and this place exceeded our expectations! Hanna did a great job on both of our nails! Highly recommend!

Not only are they too expensive .. .their nail colors do not match the samples they ask you to pick from. The gentleman who did my nails did a good job, however, we tried 4 times to get the correct shade and we could not. Where is the business integrity there? I'm sure I am not the only one who has gone through this. I ended up paying for a color I did not want. I got tired of asking the poor guy to "let's try another color" .. I was just ready to leave. I would not recommend this place.

I have had a great experience every time. Nails always look good and they have by far and away the friendliest staff of any nail salon I've been too!
