2025-10-25I went to this nail salon last week, and the experience was disappointing. The nail tech didn’t clean my nails thoroughly—I even had to file and clean under my nails myself afterward. The service I paid for was supposed to include a hot towel and hand massage, but she had to ask me if I wanted it, and even then, she didn’t do it. She also did my eyebrows terribly—they were uneven and out of shape. I was so disappointed but still paid and walked out quietly. Definitely not coming back.
