I brought my own leaves and they used them for the foil method on my nails — I loved how it turned out! My nails look so natural even though they’re an acrylic overlay. The staff were so kind and detail-oriented. I’ll definitely be coming back to do this again!

I have been coming here for several years and am always happy and relaxed when I leave. The entire team is friendly and professional. Le does my nails and she is amazing!!! I just show her a photo of a design I like and she replicates it with a little added touch of her own flair. Here are a few of the designs she has done for me.

Good mani/pedi & clean environment but I won’t be returning. I chose the basic pedicure option, then halfway through the woman held up a random tool asking if I wanted it. I said sure, why not, only to be charged an extra $20 for a deluxe pedicure at the end. I reminded the cashier that I got the basic, to which the pedicurist rudely interrupted and said “no, I told you” and held up the tool she offered. I understand the concept of upselling, but she only mumbled a few words throughout the whole pedicure, and definitely did not tell me it would upgrade the package I specifically chose. I had to save up for this mani/pedi for my college graduation and I feel disappointed and scammed.

Giving it a 3 cause I’m indifferent about my experience. I typically go to bliss nail bar which is in the same shopping center but wanted to give this place a shot due to the amazing reviews. I walked in and sat right down cause no one was there which was amazing. I was having a great experience until I realized an hour and a half had gone by and there was still wax treatment and massage that needed to be done. I don’t know about you guys but I have never sat for 2 hours for a pedicure … mind you I did not get one of their higher end ones that say 75-90 minutes next to them. I did get French tip, which I normally get at my other place but an hour and a half is the longest I’ve sat down for with all of that ever. I could not be there for 2 hours… the chairs were not comfortable, the door was open so I was sweating.. I asked to end my service early because I had a meeting to get to and I didn’t anticipate being there for 2 hours. With hat being said, I didn’t end up doing the paraffin wax or the lotion massage, which was a part of treatment I picked, and instead of saying they would maybe take it off my service, they still charged me for services not done. They said that I could get an extra service or something next time … which makes no sense why not just not charge me for the services not done?? Needless to say I will not be returning.

This was a lovely experience! I incorrectly booked at first and Nina immediately called me to make sure I got the right time and service I needed. She was patient with me on deciding what color and finish I wanted for my manicure. The salon itself is quiet and relaxing. I’ll be back!
