UPDATE: Finally had a chance to go back about 2.5 weeks later and Abby took care of me and got them done great even after that long of a delay. Thank you, I really appreciate it. The green is the new set. It's hard to write this review as I have been coming here for the past 2-3 years. I walked in at 2pm today for just a pedicure and new fullset, I didn't leave till after 5pm. The pedicure was perfect no complaints here. Now for the full set problems. I asked for the 5th picture added the red style ombre with natural pink but instead of red I wanted the 6th picture color blue all done in powder as that is how it's always been done. Btw the 5th and 6th picture where previous sets done at this location. I also requested them to be square shape. The lady started doing my nails only covering the complete nail with the natural pink, she then told me to go wash my hands and I asked what about the blue. She responded with yes it's after you wash your hands which seemed off too me. I came back and she had gel polish I told her Ive never done gel it's always powder which I said at the start. The color of polish she brought over was also no where close to the color I asked for. I got told they've never had that color I responded with well thats werid because I just had that color done here back in January. She proceeded to do the gel on one nail even though I said powder. Then it went to the response of well then ill have to redo it by taking half the pink off, I called my sitter who was my watching my kids verifed I had time and told her let's fix it. I was brought only 3 color choices, not given the opportunity to check all the colors. To basically have a chop shop done, my nails do not look like the image I showed I wanted which was a simple ombre. All of my nails are uneven/crooked and it looks like a chip in the corner of one of my thumbs. I still paid $60 for this service which is unfair. I've never had any issues with getting a full set ombre before until today. I guess I'll need to find another place.

I have very mixed emotions about my first experience at Grandlux. To start with, the initial nail tech a guy whose name is dont recall was very rude, dismissive and unwilling to accept that he was not the best person for the service I requested. He gave a very half-hearted effort with the pedicure I paid $65 for plus $18 for gel polish and was not able to accomplish the cat-eye look even though it showed available in their color options. He did a very poor job of removing calluses and dry skin as you can see in the attached pictures. During the nail application for my full set I asked for medium length, he gave me long and said I didn't know what I wanted. He cut ny cuticles multiple times on my hands and feet because he was being very rough and aggressive and never let up or apologized when I said it hurt. I chose a nail design that was in the reviews in Google for this shop so I was sure they could duplicate what they had previously done on another client. He was unable to choose the right colors for the design I requested. The shaping and acrylic work was sloppy and when it became apparent that he could not do the design he threw a tantrum and said he wasn't doing this and he stormed off. This led to a better qualified technician "Apple Pie" stepping in and flawlessly executing the design and colors that I asked for. Her efforts along with the owners saved the day and made an otherwise lackluster experience much more pleasant. I appreciate these ladies, however I do hate that my feet still look like they did when I went in except for having a different color polish so that was $83 wasted. I spent a total of $203, I guess Happy Birthday to me.

First time visiting from out of town and was very pleasantly surprised at the service and quality. Annie did my manicure she did a great job! I appreciate people who care about the attention to detail while also being quick and mindful of the time. Fast and great quality! Highly recommend

Had a fantastic pedicure with Sunny! I have been coming here for at least a year and always have a great experience. Finally got my husband to also start coming. He saw Lisa today and she did a great job! Love that you can get a glass of wine beer or a mimosa while relaxing. I also like that you can make appointments online. Definitely try this place out!

Truly my favorite place for so many reasons. Everyone is so kind, patient and talented. Making sure your nails come out exactly how you want them! I always make my appointments with Apple Pie, she’s amazing!!! The art she does on my nails is so impressive. She even hand painted my Halloween costume theme on my nails! The place is always clean, the coffee is great, I can’t say enough good things.
