First time here and I will definitely be back! The salon is beautiful and clean. I didn’t have any wait time. The staff was kind, professional and talented! I came in with a picture and they executed it perfectly! Very happy with my nails and pedicure, I would definitely recommend 369 Nails!

Lam the great and Nina were amazing. I got a pedicure and my daughter got a manicure. Both came out fantastic. The customer service was awesome!! I will be returning 😊

Great service! Fast! Sweet husband and wife were so pleasant to spent time with while having our nails down! Music was great! The salon is very clean and nice!

Very upset! Went in a few minutes before 6pm just to get my nails done, dip. They talked me into getting a pedicure at the same time, which I loved by the way. But I believe my nails suffered because of this. I stressed the importance of being able to get an ingrown toenail out of one of my toes and was told if she couldn’t get it, he (gentleman doing my nails) would. Well, she didn’t get it and it was sore at that point that he couldn’t. She had cut it down to where he couldn’t get it without digging into my toe. She also did not use gel polish on my toenails or even ask me, I assumed she knew since she picked off the old for at least 30 minutes! Other than that, pedicure was nice. My nails, I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with one or two nails at other places but this is with every single nail. The correct size tips were not used, my nail is showing on the sides, they are lumpy and they didn’t use the light so there’s rough places all in them, every nail is different, either not all the way to my cuticle or over it. Oh and my cuticles were not trimmed either. I travel for work so I can’t go back to have them redone, I have to spend MORE money to go somewhere else to get another mani/pedi. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else, wish I had.

There are not enough words to describe how terrible this experience was I would start my saying please save your money and go elsewhere. It feels dirty when you walk in, I should have known better and left. I continued on as they said no no we will see you right now. So I sat for my dip manicure. The gentlemen put my hands in a bowl of acetone to soak off the previous dip and soaked them for about 10 minutes, by this point my finger tips were white and there were spots all over my hands from the previous dip dripping down. I showed a picture of how I would like my nails shaped/cut and he told me well your nail beds are much shorter it won’t look the same. I said that was okay and I wanted them that length, he goes on and leaves them long I asked him to cut shorter and he said “ wow wow wow “ then began to speak in Vietnamese to his colleagues. We press on he puts on a coat of base then a coat of the color and then decides he needs to trim my cuticles… he cuts my 2 of my fingers likely because you shouldn’t trim cuticles that haven’t been soaking .. He finished the manicure by using a top coat that had clearly been used on a glitter manicure so a few of my nails get glitter on them and he has to remove the top coat and re do. He finished - none my nails are even, 4 of the nails have “ dry spots “ because he used improper product. This morning ( I got them done yesterday afternoon ) I have a crack across my pointer finger so I decide enough is enough 7/10 of my nails look terrible I’m going back to request a refund.. and I was made to feel awful about that. This doesn’t cover the other manicurist dropping her entire tray of tools on the floor before giving a manicure but picking them and proceeding to use the same ones. There is dust everywhere, and the “ sneeze guards” are extremely dirty. I’ve been to a lot of mediocre nail salons, this was by far my worst experience ever. The staff is kind enough, but the cleanliness, product, and skill is not there. Save your money and find a better quality salon.
