Top Nails is the best place in Richmond to get your nails and pedicures done. The staff is amazing and their attention to detail is wonderful. They are so kind and sweet. It truly feels like family when I am in the salon. I normally get a shoulder massage while getting my nails done and it’s so relaxing. Mindy and all of the ladies are amazing! Everyone needs to come to here!
