This was my second time coming to this salon, and although there was a bit of a wait, the service was great! We were asked multiple times if we needed any thing to drink while we waited, and the host was very kind. My stylist, Cindy, was very kind as well! She was able to take my idea and turn it into something even more beautiful than I imagined. She was very nice and we had great conversation while she did my nails. I will definitely be requesting her more when I visit this salon.

shout out to Lillie for perfecting my nails! 💅🏻 we had a full on conversation through out the whole time and the place made me feel welcome! one of the gentleman offered me a cocktail and it was delicious 😋. I will most definitely come back again!!

Hello today I am trying my hardest to be cordial and work with this company. I got my nails done on Sunday 2/23 & it is now 2/25 that my nails look like this. First I had to get 2 different people to do my nails on Sunday because I spoke up at the nail shop how my nails are incorrect. I called & requested a refund but at first I was told “no refunds” “no nail shop does refunds”. I then assured them I work within the same industry so I know that is false I’ll just speak with my bank, someone else contacted me from a cell phone stating I can get a refund if I come into the shop. I stated multiple times I work on the other side of town & they will be closed when I can come in & I was told “just come on your vacation time”. This place will do a bad service & then make it difficult for you to get your money back do not recommend. This has been the worst experience since the owner switch. They have not tried to work with me just want me to come in & get “free stuff” I just want my money back & to wash my hands with this company

I've been to this salon twice now and I think I can never go anywhere else now. This salon has better price per service than any other salon in the area. Way more for less. Without sacrificing quality! The first time I visited was on my 22nd birthday earlier in May and my boyfriend and I both got full mani pedis and the entire staff was kind, nice to talk to, and were good at their job. I got acrylic nails that time (pink with flowers) and I was shocked in the coming days at how sturdy they were. Definitely the strongest acrylics I've ever gotten. Not to mention the cute design they were able to do for me. They offered us free drinks and I decided yesterday that I wanted to go back and get my acrylics filled and color changed. I don't remember the name of my first visits artist but yesterday a nice man named Kit did my nails and he was very professional, nice, and very obviously took pride in doing nails well. He took his time and it was well worth it. These are the most gorgeous acrylics I've ever had. I'm definitely going back to see him again next time. Anyway I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice nail salon.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will not return to this establishment again because they do not value their customers. I just had a manicure and pedicure done. The lady that did my pedicure did a good job. However, the lady that did my manicure did a horrible, sloppy job. It was extremely painful and I told her that a few times because she kept using the electronic filer. Constantly! She never pushed my cuticles back which is just wrong. They’re supposed to use a flat tool to push your cuticles back during a manicure. Instead, she kept using an electric filer. She cut my skin numerous times and now my fingers are sore. Also, my nails were left too thick and uneven. When it was time to pay at the front desk, I showed the lady my cut skin and told her I was not happy. She told me “I’m sorry” and she would let the lady know. Then, she proceeded to charge me $92. Good customer service for an unsatisfied customer looks like an apology and a discount for the inconvenience to ensure I would come back. You don’t charge a customer full price for a sloppy job and numerous cuts. They have lost my business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that truly values your business.
