I’ve been coming here for a while now and I absolutely LOVE IT! The service is amazing, they are very sweet and welcoming and always get my nails done perfectly! Love them! Trina did my set and I loved it! Definitely coming back❤️

First of all there wasn’t a wait although they were busy 👏🏾. The front desk manager knows what’s going on and where people belong and he quickly seats you. After I sat someone came over to offer me different services for my pedicure. They gave a happy hour time, I think I was there on a Saturday or Sunday around 1pm. The staff is friendly. They also serve drinks. Not just one, they will serve you plenty. They even have a drink menu. The establishment is clean. I would go back for sure.

I have never left a bad review ever but I felt like I needed to. Went in for dip with no tip. As well as my friend who I payed for. The menu said $40 each so I expected to pay $80. They were very kind and making conversation. Said they were ganna give a discount for our first time and pushed us into a 5 star review for the discount. ( this explains the amount of reviews). Which was fine I didn’t care as long as we got a discount. Went up to the counter and the total was $85? I asked where the extra money came from and they said it was because of my length and shape? I have attached my nails below. I’ve been to multiple nails spas and I was never charged extra for those unless it was something crazy like stilettos. All the nails spas have warned me about shapes that cost extra but round was always included. Also they said it was extra because I had length?? My nails were cut very short and I did not want tips to save money. Also no one made me aware of these extra charges. Also this discount seemed nonexistent. Later I found out they did the same thing with another friend. If they made it clear on the MENU and before they started about the extra costs, I wouldn’t have had a problem. The whole experience ended up seeming shady and performative. And trying to bribe us with a nonexistent discount didn’t make it better. ALSO the nail tech left so much powder residue around my nails (look at photo, I scratched a good amount off) . To be fair they said they would fix anything I didn’t like but I was so put off by the charge that once I noticed the residue I did not wanna go back. Will not be recommending this place unfortunately.

I came to this nail salon after being a loyal customer but disappointed from another one in the area. My first 2 visits had me thinking about finding yet another nail salon only b/c I love cat eye nail designs, but the previous 2 techs didn't do it right. It didn't give the eye of a cat, only shimmer. So on my 3rd visit I told my myself I would never try cat eye at Chillax again. The manager asked me what I wanted, but I told her the previous 2 visits did not meet my expectations. She assured me the pair she gave me for my refill and pedi would get the job done! And she absolutely nailed it this time! I guess 3 times a charm. Nini did my nails and Max did my pedi and for the 1st time, I was so pleased with what I asked for vs. what I got! Now they are my go to people. Thank you Max and Nini! I am a happy customer again.

Thus was my 2nd visit Lilly is my nail tech (English top-tier, plus I'd follow her talent anywhere- I drove up from Corpus Christi) Lan was my pedicurist (1st time meeting: English barrier) I got the classic pedicure $37 with Shellac (Thats extra) And powder nails (no tips as my own nails are a healthy nice length) $50 Extra costs (I think it was for shellac, not really clear about) +$17 THIS IS THE REASON THEY GOT 4 STARS There should be clear understanding of price and cost for services for the consumer. That is my only call-out. The environment was clean and welcoming. There was someone cooking seafood but it was immediately removed. 👃👃👃P.U...
