Shadow Creek Spa Nails

It was my first time at Shadow Creek Nails. I came in to get a much needed pedicure and Tina did amazing! She was gentle, detailed, and made me feel super comfortable. Loved my pedicure — definitely coming back!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will not return to this establishment again because they do not value their customers. I just had a manicure and pedicure done. The lady that did my pedicure did a good job. However, the lady that did my manicure did a horrible, sloppy job. It was extremely painful and I told her that a few times because she kept using the electronic filer. Constantly! She never pushed my cuticles back which is just wrong. They’re supposed to use a flat tool to push your cuticles back during a manicure. Instead, she kept using an electric filer. She cut my skin numerous times and now my fingers are sore. Also, my nails were left too thick and uneven. When it was time to pay at the front desk, I showed the lady my cut skin and told her I was not happy. She told me “I’m sorry” and she would let the lady know. Then, she proceeded to charge me $92. Good customer service for an unsatisfied customer looks like an apology and a discount for the inconvenience to ensure I would come back. You don’t charge a customer full price for a sloppy job and numerous cuts. They have lost my business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that truly values your business.

Omg my experience today was a great experience Kim was very accommodating, the staff came and was very welcoming as well , I am very satisfied with my nails .

I am new to the area since December and needed a new nail place. I am so happy to have found Shadow Creek Spa. Ava did my first two sets. She did amazing!! It's hard to find someone who doesn't do bulky nails. They look natural..not thick as other nail techs do. Ava was not available last time I went in, so Lily did my nails (red), and she did just as great! Love them ❤️ definitely a repeat customer.

This was my first time there, and I will never go back. I do not recommend this place to any mothers or new mothers. The owner treated me unfairly, and I left in tears. I'm not exaggerating. Kim the owner says this place is great for relaxation. However, She always yelling and talking as loud as want fight with some one. she not realize that I can understand Vietnamese too and when customer doesn't like her work or services she told them bad words like "Con Di Cho", "Con Lon". You can hear everything from her madness when you said don't like the services. The owner quickly got up and tried to kick me out because I was complaining about her work and she were too loud. I’m a new mother and she literally made me feel like such a bad mom. I have no reason to return again and this store should close or change the new management but her. Avoid Kim who is the "boss." Otherwise, go somewhere else. You might get kicked out for talking too loud.
