2025-07-26I asked for a pointed almond nail, with an extension (they were pretty long but wanted them a little longer) she told me I didn’t need an extension that my nails were long already. When she filed my nails she filed most of the length down making them a short almond shape… definitely did not like my nails.. paid 114$. I feel I should have received what I asked for and not what she wanted to give me. I’ve been coming here for years, back to when they were called “Marqie nail bar” left a bad taste in my mouth

2025-01-25The pedicure with Amy was fine. Lena upsold me on a full set. Which is the thickest I have ever received and they are uneven and lumpy with fibers in the gel. I kept telling her my hand and arms were sticky and had chunks of wax and she left me like that I had to scrub my hands to get the sticky off and still have wax under my nails and all over my arms and clothes. I spent $185 and I have never been so disappointed. The photo doesn’t do it justice but there are still little pieces of paraffin all over after her cleaning it and me scrubbing
