Kuhl River Nails

I am getting married soon and wanted to treat myself. This spa service was the most amazing experience I’ve had. I don’t normally get my nails done but everyone was so nice to me and helped me have a good experience. Please come visit, everyone that works here made me feel special as a soon to be bride.

edit: they offered to have someone who “understood” fix it for free - the issue i have is he understood just fine what i was asking, he just refused to adjust it to how i wanted it when only ONE finger was done wrong. it’s not like i asked in a rude way, i HATE asking people to redo something, but i have severe nail OCD so i built up the courage to say something this time, the second i spotted the issue. so when im refused a small fix on a very expensive service (and additional $15 for a cat eye done entirely wrong!!) that’s going to make me never want to come back to your shop again. i’ve had to pay an additional $90 to get a second set done, but at this new shop i’m at i’m treating myself to a pedicure since Kuhl River has made my weekend SO HORRIBLE. less than 48 hours after paying them here. what an extreme waste of money! save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. just finished my 3rd time going here & it will be my last. first time, they added some weird thick stuff behind the nail to lengthen it & i had to cut them off myself. second time, the pattern i got on just one nail on each hand was completely off. this time, while i was getting a cat eye on top, two nails were done (one on each hand) i asked him if he could switch it to make them mirrored - instead of identical on both hands because that is what looks good from a design perspective. mirroring is basics in art! again, only one on each hand was done. he wouldn’t fix it, understandable if it was after they were all done but it was ONE that needed fixing. not to mention the cat eye is an additional $15 so i already know im paying for something im not happy with as he’s refusing to fix it & finishing my nails. literally sitting there knowing im going to have to spend another $90 with tip and another 2-3 hours getting my nails done TOMORROW because im so unhappy with them. to top it all off, he didn’t do the magnet evenly on all the nails so even just on my right hand, the pointer has a super thin red curve, the middle looks normal, & the ring finger has a ton of extra glitter around the top where it’s not supposed to be at all. you can see this in the pic i attached. ive never had such a negative experience getting my nails done and im honestly really upset i have to go to a new place tomorrow to get them redone not even 24 hours later.

We are visiting Texas from Iowa. This place was absolutely amazing! Staff were so friendly, efficient, and talented. I showed a picture and it turned out even better! By far my favorite nails I’ve ever had. 100% recommend!

I've never had a bad experience here. Pedi for me and Mani for the girls. It doesn't matter how detailed the nails the kiddo finds; they can create a perfect replication. Hands down, it is a must-go-to place, so give them a shot if you're looking for a new place. You won't regret it.

First-Time Visit – Amazing Experience! This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I had such a great experience! The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait long to be attended to. I got a full set of acrylic nails, gel shellac on my toes, and an eyebrow wax — and everything turned out perfect. Vincent did my acrylic nails, and not only was he super friendly, but his technique was amazing and very precise. I absolutely loved how they turned out. Helen did my gel shellac and also my eyebrow wax. She was just as friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and talented professionals. I’ll definitely be back!
