Premier Nail Bar Sienna Plantation

The technician was sweet and thorough. I really enjoyed my experience with her. My reason for 3 stars though is due to who I am assuming is the owner of the salon. As soon as I arrived and was asked what I wanted today, I told her I wanted a pedicure and she had me select a package. I selected the premier package and she pushed me to get the volcano. I declined and said I would stick with the premier package. It's normal to push more expensive packages, do that didn't bother me much. What bothered me was after I was seated and waiting for my tech to return, the owner walked by me and asked if I would get my nails done too and I said no. She immediately asked me why. Imo that's a odd question, if I wanted to, I would but I didn't, so what reason does it matter if I'm not? But I told her because I get my nails done with my cousin, which I do. It just happened on this day I was in a different part of town and just wanted to get my pedicure done since I had time. Needless to say, she wasn't happy with my answer and rolled her eyes and walked away. As a first time guest, you would think the owner, of all people, would want to make the experience positive so you have repeat guests. I guess she doesn't need clients. It's a shame because the place is nice. I'm also not sure if this is her normal behavior, but it was completely rude and out of line and I have to assume this is her baseline if she's willing to treat a first time guest like that. Anyway, idk the technician's name but she was sweet and I tipped her accordingly. I wish I had cash so I could have have given it to her directly. But all in all, I won't be back. The owner should really learn how to properly interact with guests. I guess if I was willing to spend more, she would have been nicer, but she guaranteed I won't and I'm glad I didn't.

Amazing Service! Harri was absolutely amazing! He brought my vision to life! In love with my nails! 10/10 recommend!

Used to be my ‘go to’ nail salon but I will not go back. This is one of my nails less than 24 hours after having my nails done. I had to go back the next day. Now another nail is peeling away as well less than 24 hours later. Will not go back. So disappointing. Save your money and find a better place.

Amazing work! I showed the inspo and the tech ( Harri ) definitely did not disappoint. Will be back ! My sister also came and her tech ( Chow - super sweet ) was also a great person. They both saw inspo and matched exactly what we showed !

It’s great! Vivian did my nails and she was really kind and sweet! I also talked to other techs like Henry who was also really sweet and kept me entertained the whole time. I did a French ombré on short coffin gel x and my set was 85$, which I feel like is a little bit on the pricey side (I’m not sure if this is normal for what I got) which is the reason I took a star away, but other than that, everything was great! I would recommend!!
