Bliss Nails and Lounge

I have been coming here since they opened for pedicures and dip manicures. The staff is great and it’s clean inside. I have always had great work done. Michelle is great with Dip nails and I am never surprised by the cost, they have been an honest and trustworthy place where I enjoy going.

I asked for a brown French, and the lady did not do a good job the first time. I asked for square, she started rounding my nails thinking I asked for round instead of brown. She gave me a white French instead of brown. When I spoke up asking if she is going to do brown, she then painted over the thick French with a brown nail polish. My nails were bumpy, the French was too thick. I sat there for 2 hours and needed to go. I was offered to go back the next day for them to fix it. For some reason they had the same person “fix them”. I sat there again for another 2 hours. She filed and filed for most of the time. The French is messy, I got cut on 3 fingers. The shapes are not even and it’s not the square I asked for, there’s bubbles in my nails. Each finger is a different shape. I wasted time, money and was offered to go back again to a different person. Nothing like the inspo I asked for

Nails look like 5 different people took a nail…they each look different. I never mind paying for a service, but when the service doesn’t equal the cost that is terribly discouraging.

I have been coming to Bliss Nails & Lounge since March 2025 and I'm always treated like a friend. I have begun getting to know the management and staff and they are always friendly and professional! The service is always excellent and I appreciate the way my nails look as a result! 🙏

Jason did a good job on my nails for the most part. The chrome turned out a bit different than the one I chose, but it’s still a cute color. He forgot the cuticle oil part and I had to ask for it. My pedicure by Anna was like torture almost because of how rude she is. She also forgot to put the toe separator thing on but that wasn’t that big of a deal. It was her rudeness. And she didn’t tell me about some extra charges. Won’t be back. There are too many places in the area that are way better
