Gravity Nails - Lash & Spa

I normally have great experiences here but today really was one of my worst experiences here and completely lost me as a customer. I had shown the lady that I just wanted to do gel french with a snowflake design for winter and I showed her twice and she said she understood but clearly didn't. Not only did she mess up the French but told me she didn't know I wanted snowflakes when I had the picture ready and she herself saw it twice. If you didn't know what or how to do it I could of waited for someone who could of. I've been very nice but she completely left me upset and added extra things when I told her I didn't ask for them. Not listening to the customer is one thing and yet I was still nice enough to give a tip. Consider that my last visit

First time and I was very pleased However the second visit the Hispanic girl completely messed up my nails. When I returned to get them fixed she was very unprofessional and started talking bad about me to another customer in Spanish NOT REALIZING IM HISPANIC. When I tell the lady repairing her mistake she calls her over and the girl try’s saying she doesn’t speak English then we start arguing in front of everyone as she try’s to get ugly with me. They lost a good customer over a very rude unprofessional employee. The picture is how the girl tried doing my nails and was upset the pillow kept slipping and messing up nails at one point she literally pulled my arm due to her frustration. Def not a good nail tech

The girls here always do such an AMAZING job! They always take their time to pay attention to detail, spending time with you, making sure you are relaxed, have positive vibes, and most of all, they make sure you are satisfied with the work they do! They have always done a great job replicating my nail inspiration photos; I'm never disappointed with their work! They are kind && care about their work. I love this place; best nail salon, by far, in Midland!!

Their app is so easy to use love that I can request appointments online. Was greeted the second I stepped foot inside. Laura was very nice and did an amazing job on my nails. I just showed her a picture and she knew exactly what to do.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Super clean and thorough with their work. I’m definitely coming back! Ivy did my nails and her aunt did my pedicure.
