The city nails spa & lash

From the first time I came here, about 8 months ago, I have loved this place. They're clean and the whole staff is super friendly and talented. Their prices are great and they have a good selection of pedicures too. Shout out to my guy Andy, he is simply the best!

I came to this place because I saw it had a good rating, but my experience was very bad. From the beginning, the girl who attended me seemed to be in a bad mood. She did the design I asked for, but the nails turned out way too thick. I asked her to file them down because I didn’t like how they looked, and when she did, the design was completely ruined. She tried to fix it with polish, but in the end they looked terrible—acrylic on my skin, bubbles, and some nails longer than others. I didn’t like them at all, but I left because they were about to close. The next day I called to ask for a refund since I wanted to get my nails done at my usual salon (which had been closed that day). However, they only offered to fix them. Honestly, I didn’t want to waste another 2 or 3 hours on something that should have been done right the first time.

This was my first visit and I absolutely loved it! The shop is very clean and welcoming. I think my nail tech’s name was Shelly (and if I got that wrong, please correct me 🙈), but she was wonderful. She introduced me to builder gel for the first time, explained everything clearly, and really took her time to make sure it was done right. On top of that, we had great conversation, which made the whole experience even better. I’m super happy with my nails and already planning to come back in two weeks for a color change!

This was my first time here, and it won’t be my last. After a bad experience at a different salon years ago, I was hesitant to let someone give me a manicure. I don’t remember her name, but whomever sat at station #2 this morning was wonderful. I showed her what I wanted, and received just that. Very professional, and my nails turned out absolutely stunning. I definitely recommend visiting this place!

I absolutely love my nails! The pink and green marble design is so elegant, and the gold butterfly charms make them stand out beautifully. The shape and length are perfect, the polish is smooth and shiny, and the details are flawless. I’ve already received so many compliments on this set! The service was professional and relaxing, and the quality of work really shows. Highly recommend for anyone looking for unique and beautiful nails.
