I had the privilege of visiting Diamond Nails today for the first time and met the incredibly kind-hearted nail technician, Ha. She was sweet, thorough, and detailed. She took her time, and I never felt rushed. She is extremely talented, as evident in the stunning Disney design she created on her own nails. Although Diamond Nails may not be as modern as some of the newer salons, its cleanliness and warm atmosphere make it a gem. Everyone, including Ha, welcomes you with open arms. Very bad customer service. When I told the manager Julie about the change in the nail color which I picked and what I have got done is different. She not ready to listen to my issues instead telling about I need to pay extra dollar and the worst of all she is pointing out to other customer in their shop and asking me to talk to them. Told Julie, I paid the amount to you and not your customer and nothing there for me to talk to your customer! Such an bad customer service, will never go back to their shop and will not recommend to anyone, if you are reading this be aware they have the faded sample so be careful of you money and go to good nail salon! I choose different the lighter yellow color but what I have got is different yellow color ! Better not to stop here!

I came here for a fill-in on a set they originally did a few weeks ago. My nail tech, Lily, did an amazing job, so this is not about her at all. The issue is with the front desk and how my card was run. A heavy-set younger guy at the desk rang me up while he was laughing and talking on the phone. The card machine clearly showed $55. I used tap-to-pay for $55, and the receipt he handed me also says $55. Less than 15 minutes later, I checked my bank app and the pending charge from the salon was $66. The pending amount should match what I approved, not have a random extra $11 on it. This wasn’t a gas-station type hold or bank fee – it was a direct charge from the nail shop. I called back to ask what happened. He told me his system also shows $55 and he had “no idea” where the $66 came from. At one point he tried to suggest maybe the tech added something, but my printed receipt and his own screen both say $55, so that explanation doesn’t add up. He’s the one who set up and ran the transaction. In my opinion, this was human error, not a “broken machine.” Someone either accidentally or intentionally processed an extra $11 that I did not authorize. My husband is an accountant and also said this looks like an additional merchant charge, not a bank glitch. Even if it’s “only” $11, it’s the principle: you don’t touch extra money that isn’t yours and then shrug when the customer asks where it went. I shouldn’t have to chase down my own money after getting my nails done. I do plan on coming back because the nail work itself is good, but the next time I go, I will be paying in cash only for whatever services I receive, and I recommend anyone who goes here double-check your bank statement after your visit.

Dana was amazing and fast. I was offered refreshments and felt super relaxed. I love the fact that they open at 9am! Absolutely love love love this nail salon!

I got a manicure and brows wax , everyone was Extremely kind and helpful, The manicure is for my Quinceañera and they’re absolutely gorgeous,the eyebrows wax was quick and painless, my eyebrows have never looked this good , price was very affordable and the service was amazing.Will recommend and Will come again !!!
