Charming Nails & Spa

This is my third visit to the salon, and I typically come in as a walk-in due to my busy schedule. The staff consistently provides excellent service and warmly greets every customer with genuine smiles. Even when the salon is busy, I don’t mind waiting, as I know quality work takes time. I always feel relaxed and well cared for during each visit. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are why I will remain a loyal client.

Satisfied is an understatement. I rarely leave happy with my experiences at nail salons (so I stopped going for YEARS), but I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about Charming Nails & Spa! From starting as a double late walk-in to leaving 3 HOURS after closing, every part of our service was fantastic. My daughter and I got pedicures and nail services (acrylic and gel-x). The technician made sure we achieved the Nails we wanted, she was very meticulous about her work, and finished fairly quickly. At no point, did I feel rushed (even being there after closing without an appt.) or mishandled (like rough filing/cutting and ending up bleeding like I've experienced in other salons) especially considering only one technician was available to do both of our nails. My daughter bites her nails & has sensitive nail beds, and she was so happy with the way we were being cared for throughout and how gentle the services were. Everything was GREAT. It seems like everyone here really takes pride in their work and customer service was amazing. It's the little things that count, but they delivered in every way. We got exactly what we requested. HIGHLY recommended!!

I arrived at 4:30 PM and asked for both nails and toes. The first lady said she couldn’t do my nails because she had an appointment. No problem—I waited. She called someone else, but that person also said she had an appointment. By this time it was 5 PM, and I had somewhere to be for my daughter at 6:30 PM. Only my toes were ever done. Nobody started my nails. Then a white woman walked in after me—no appointment—and they immediately started working on both her nails and toes. I had been there since 4:30 with no appointment, just like her, yet I was ignored. If you’re Black, be warned: they clearly prioritize white customers. I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against.

Best Nail Job I Have Ever Had!! Kate took her time and when she finished my dip nails looked so natural and Thin!! My daughter and niece also LOVED it! They were so patient and even though the girls messed up their nails they fixed them without any issues 💗

Absolutely beautiful! 🤩 highly recommend! Best pedicure I have ever had. My daughter brought her inspiration pics and Kate did her nails exactly like the picture!! Love this salon!
