Love this place so much! I feel like the whole staff really cares! Taylor is so incredibly talented she has made me a nail art girl! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I came here to get a pedicure. When I sat down, I asked my gal to cut my toenails very short. But when she got done, I had to ask her twice more to trim toenails down, because they still protruded far above the actual toe. And that wasn't the worst part. Nail polish typically takes 10 to 15 minutes to be thoroughly dry. It was only after I'd given her a $10 tip, that she advised me that my toenail polish would take two hours to dry. What? What on earth are you talking about? She have gave me a pair of extremely flimsy, throw away flip-flops, that were difficult to use without coming close to breaking my neck. I had to stop at a store and buy some real flip-flops just to get home, and more nail polish pissed because mine stayed wet and got messed up. This nail service place was a very big disappointment, a waste of money, and I will NEVER go back.

I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I had such a positive experience at PAINT that I NEED to brag on that staff! To set the scene, I booked a time that happened to be the start of a massive tornado/hail/thunderstorm/flooding/you name it- scary stuff! The staff was focused on safety and professionalism. Laela, my nail tech, was an absolute professional, and she still gave me a great pedicure even in a storm. I don't know that I've ever had such a positive experience at a nail salon, and I have been to many places around Lubbock. The price transparency also can't be beat. Go to Laela- you will not be disappointed!

Loved this nail bar!! I will definitely be going back! They didnt hurt my nails like most nail places do. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Just loved the atmosphere!!!

My appointment took longer than expected. The nail person was slow, and not very communicative. Plus I was unsure what to expect, as this was my first experience with these types of nails. After being blamed for my appointment taking too long, I had to clarify with a manager, that it was my nail tech that took too long...... She did not ask me if I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. (I wasn't) Also I did not know that they would run out of the nail color that I was hoping for, so they had to remove that polish and start over with a different color. The original nail Tech had to leave for an appointment, and someone else had to take her place. Once I was able to explain that I was not at fault for the delay, they finished the job. Now I know what to expect if I return.
