Staff was nice nails came out great, pedicure was nice and relaxing except for when they were filing my toes & one of my acrylics on my toes ripped off and they didn’t bother to fix it. They were having a promotion 15% off (I never received it). First nail tech asked if I wanted to go shorter on my nails (I was getting a fill) I said yes, never shortened them then proceeded to charge me extra at checkout. Used to be called adorn nails, I’m assuming they changed owners and rebranded it.

I've been coming here for couple months when it was called Adorn nails. 3 days ago i had a gel fill with a midnight blue polish,done. Everything looked great Untill 6 hours later the nail polish peeled off while taking a shower. In all my years on getting gell nail polish, it has never come off that fast. easily. I felt like my nail technician wasn't certified.Maybe she doesn't have a license to do nails.Or he filed all the Geil Powder off my nails and the nail polish couldn't stick. The next morning came back spoke to the new owner, and she had somebody redo the nails. Again, the same thing happened when I left. She buffed the heck out of my fingers, and there was no powder left.It was just my natural nail reput, that same blue polish on when I left there a few hours later, it peeled off.I don't think I'll ever return.Look below I posted some pictures

Don’t waste your money here! . I came with a big group for my wedding, to get wedding nails. The nails didn’t turn out good at all, they didn’t even use cuticle oil or nothing. The lady cut my ring finger (which was going to be on display for my wedding) after globs of top coat was all over my nails. She asked how they looked and I said there is gel stuck all over my nails. She proceeded with an attitude after I had asked to clean them up. After 2 days my nails have today chipped, gems have fallen off and they don’t look good. My daughter got gel and it had came off after 2days, usually lasts weeks. My mother got French tips and the white tips were peeling off after a day or two. She spent over $500 and they suck! Save your money and go somewhere else Also they made one of my bridesmaids sit by herself for almost 2hrs. She couldn’t even join our party. I picked this place based off the rating but for such an important occasion, I really wished for a better outcome.

It's hard to admit because my tech was the nicest but this is the worst set of DIPPED nails and gel pedicure I've ever had! I can't believe I paid and left. I'm very unhappy. This was my favorite place. They were closing as I finished up so I felt like I had to accept the results but I just got more unhappy on my way home. I wanted cute, clean nails for for photos and trip and I'm actually considering painting over them myself! I wanted a DOUBLE French dip tip with a thin glitter dip 2nd line but she said she didn't have glitter dip and had to paint the second line, which is telling. I accepted this but it was so crooked that it looked like I spilled glitter polish by accident, so I had her remove it. I was hoping the sharp line would hide the fact that I wasted my money on French dip because there was no clean line as french tip usually has. I like the clean polished look of a white tip with a clean line and solid pink nail bed It's a cloudy mess and looks like I tried to do it myself and did not spend $170 at the salon. I have splotchy white nails with lumpy dip and left over glitter stuck in them. Cuticles are mess and nails are uneven. They are so ugly. I'm so upset. My pedicure french tip was too thick and it was sloppy. I had her thin the line. Only when I got home did I realized how crooked she cut my nails and painted the french tip. It makes my toes look crooked! They are not. The polish is jagged along the edges as well. I feel like I LOST $170. I shouldn't have to pay another salon to fix them. (Full hand photo looks almost OK but look at the close up pics!) It's under new ownership so I fear the previous talent is now gone.

They were nice, and I really appreciated their hospitality! That said, the shape and overall look just weren’t there. I asked for almond but ended up with something more round, and even after showing a photo, the results were disappointing. I originally wanted maroon tips, but they were so crooked that I just had them paint the whole nail. I’ll give them credit for being kind, but I’ll probably stick to just pedicures here moving forward. I would not recommend a full set under the new management.
