Forever Polished Nail Bar

It has taken me my whole life to find a nail tech that I love and that loves doing her her job, art on nails! My girl Brianna a.k.a Bri is a true artist, she does excellent work. I truly believe the reason why she is so good is because she is very detailed, takes her time, and absolutely loves doing nails! Grateful for Forever Polished, for how kind they are and professional and fun, and for bringing in Bri on staff!

Today I visited this salon for a pedicure with my mom, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing due to the behavior and service of one staff member. From the moment I arrived, she did not greet or introduce herself and appeared irritated having to assist me. When she asked me to roll my pants leg up, her tone was rude and dismissive. Later, when I explained that my mom would pay for the pedicure and I would cover the gel polish separately, she reacted in a way that made me feel uncomfortable — as if I had made things complicated unnecessarily. I also want to note that after reading other negative reviews, I can honestly say I agree with them. When I was asked which pedicure I wanted, her reaction made it seem like she was disappointed that I did not choose a more expensive service. While I was not directly pressured to upgrade, it felt very clear that because I chose a basic service, my treatment changed. I felt rushed, ignored at times, and not given the same level of care or professionalism as other customers. The quality of the service itself was also poor. My nails were not trimmed or shaped properly, and despite clearly requesting that my toenails be cut short and square, this was completely ignored. My toenails were uneven, different shapes and lengths, and the service felt rushed and careless. What made the experience even worse was that she was able to chat warmly with other customers, yet barely acknowledged me. This made me feel disrespected and treated unfairly. I am a regular customer here and have never had an experience like this before. The second technician who finished my service did a much better job. However, the experience with the first technician was unacceptable. Despite the poor service, my mom still tipped and paid in full, and we tried to remain respectful and move forward. But this experience should not happen to any customer. No one should feel rushed, judged, or treated differently based on how much money they choose to spend.

Beautiful vibes from the nail technicians. I mentioned my medical condition as a diabetic and they accommodated me and was very careful. Forever Polished, thank you for your service. I will be back after my surgery♥️.

First and last time coming here. I asked for dip powder short ballerina nails and came out with thick crooked nails. I voiced my concerns with the shape of the nails and the guy replied with "if you don't trust me you can get someone else" super upsetting.

Go see Effie! Her work speaks for itself. People literally are always complimenting my nails multiple times a day, asking where I get them done. You'll be impressed and you won't ever want to go to anyone else!! She's fast, great with detail, very clean, and her work lasts!! (Not to mention she is one of the few that ensures your true nails stay in tact!!)
