This is my new favorite nail salon! Haley is so great she has done my pedicure twice now and i love my toes every single time! I have been in the search for a good spot for my pedi and im so glad I found Haley she takes her time and really pays attention to detail and is very gentle and precise. Linda did my dip manicure and she did great with my nails as well! These ladies took care of me before vacation and I can't wait to be back!

I booked a late appointment for an mani-pedi and got acrylic extensions and dip nails. Trixie was my excellent nail tech! She created beautiful almond shaped nails of maroon and white, with shimmery white & lovely swirls! Allie so great with a pedicure! She cleans and trims so gently. And then she stayed 30 minutes past closing time to make my toes match my fingers! I couldn’t be more impressed.

Sadly, this was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. I called ahead to make sure they offered white tips—got there, sat down, and the tech (I believe his name was Tom) started using clear tips. When I reminded him I wanted white tips, he sighed loudly with an attitude and said they don’t offer them anymore because they “turn yellow” (which has never happened to me before). He seemed annoyed the whole time, rushed through my set in 15 minutes, and when I told him the shape was too thick, he blamed my “short nail bed.” When I turned on the massage chair, he actually told me no. I felt uncomfortable and honestly wanted to cry. Tracy, who did my pedi, was the only saving grace. She was so kind, offered me champagne, and made me feel seen and appreciated. When I shared my concerns with the front desk, they asked if I’d let him fix them. I agreed—and instead of being apologetic, he doubled down and told me I should’ve said something sooner. Then he asked, “How would you even know how you like your nails if you haven’t gotten them done in 10 years?” Which I never said—I just told him it had been a while. It felt like I had to argue just to get decent service. He fixed the nails (barely said a word), and I left with sore, cut cuticles and acrylic overlaying my skin. I had to ask for my first-time discount, which thankfully they honored. But overall, I left disappointed and upset. This was my second terrible acrylic experience in the DFW area. I’ll either find an independent nail tech or go back to press-ons. Nails are expensive, and no one deserves to be disrespected or leave with thick, uneven nails that look like chiclet gum.

Tracy did my nails and Jenny did my pedicure. They did an amazing job. I finally found someone who can shape my nails perfect for my big hands lol. Tracy even custom made the solar pink powder for my French nails. I’m going to ask for both of them every time! thank you again for all you do!
