Lovely Nails

Nancy Queen did my eyebrows and a change of color we went with a silver chrome tip I went back to square nails!! I love them!!! Nancy was very gentle, precise, and kind as always!! I’ll see you guys next time for a pedicure!! 🤍🫶🏼😊

I did not want to drive 30 min to my usual nail salon so I figured I would give them a try, but I left disappointed. I asked for dip and as you can see the nails are very sloppy. The dip did not cover my entire nail and the color was see through on the sides and by the cuticles. The nail tech kept burning my fingers with her tools, to the point I had to keep pulling away from her bc she was hurting me. Then she charged me $60 for a simple short dip set. Most places charge $50 for medium length nails plus tip added. Then when I got home I had to file the sides because most of the nails were not filed correctly. I should’ve known things were not going to turn out well when I asked for skinny (narrow) nails and she put wide tips on. Overall, not happy with the service.

Got my eyebrows waxed today....I think...and I always tip. But this must be the new norm. To apply wax but not on hairs...💁🏾‍♀️ Edit response to management. I have honestly given up going back and forth. I mentioned it when I noticed i did not feel the wax go in the usual place. I then took that photo. To my knowledge, you can only wax an area once. Why wax the area around the eyebrow instead of doing what the service says? My type are always said to be agressive and combative. My season of responding is over and she acted like she didn't understand English to be honest. She is an expert, why critique her expertise? I paid for the service. Tipped and left. I will not be removing this post. I will not be returning. It is an actual photo of the service I received. If this photo shows standard service practices, it will remain. If you can say this is NOT standard, I will think about taking it down.

Nancy is going to do her thing every time. I haven’t been to Lovely in 2 years and she remembered how particular I am and made sure to do my nails perfectly!! Also, Madeline is amazing for pedicures.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years. Best service I’ve ever received. Very kind, creative, talented and hardworking people that love what they do. The price is worth the full service. I recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants to feel comfortable and get a great service. The pedicures are really nice and very relaxing.
