service is always great here! everyone is always so kind and kevin always does my nails. they’ve all looked exactly how i wanted, and i actually moved to denton but still make the drive here to get them done. prices are also very reasonable and the environment is always relaxing. What I asked for vs. what I received (I asked for chrome powder after I realized the color was going to be much darker and more sheer than what I asked for)… I booked an appointment at 5 p.m. with Kevin, who seemed genuinely annoyed by having to interact with me at all. I had to ask twice to have the edges of the tips filed down (he was going to leave them sharp, just as they come), the top edges are all uneven and he didn’t even attempt a color match - just grabbed the color I assume they use for French tips from his cart. I shared that I had a special occasion the following day and I don’t really feel like any effort was made to achieve what I asked for. Really disappointing after seeing other positive reviews, especially for Kevin specifically. I was the only person in the salon and I pre-booked an appointment for 5 p.m. (a full two and a half hours before they close), so I don’t understand why it seemed I was such an inconvenience to him. I wish I had gone literally anywhere else to have my nails done - I’d recommend you do, too.

Got a pedicure with acrylic toes and gel x nails for 120 + 20 dollar tip. Both toes chipped within the same day. The gel x nails were okay with some flooding by the cuticles. They’ve stayed on so far but took 2 hours for an only a solid color. Also I’ve been growing my nails out for 2 months and the tech clipped them off without even asking. Never coming back to this place.

First time today coming in!!! They did amazing on my nails and I also had my infant with me and they helped me towards the end when she started getting fussy! Very thankful and in love with my nails.

Horrible experience! Customer service non existent. I called and scheduled an appointment. I get to the location and there are no other customers except me. The nail tech had a very poor attitude as if she didn’t want to do my nails. She filed my nails so thin, then left my hands soaking I. Acetone for almost 25 minutes, because she left me sitting at her station to go do another persons pedicure that came in after me. Never came back. So unprofessional! I do not recommend anyone coming to patronize this establishment. Terrible experience! I’m so disappointed. My service should have been quick, but instead I was left just sitting.
