I absolutely love coming to see Jennifer. I am a consistent regular with her. She always makes my face beautiful with a wax when it comes down to my eyebrows, chin, and neck. I also always book her for my nails 💅. She takes her time to perfect my specific requests. I am young so I am very picky and will do it over and over again if needed. She is a sweetheart and truly wants you to enjoy the experience. Ask for her because the service will be TOP TIER!!!

I have been coming to Bella for my nails and Kimmy for my pedicures for over a year now, and I will never see any other nail technicians. Bella always helps me pick the PERFECT color and does an incredible job. Every single time I get my nails done I get tons of compliments. She has been doing the GelX nails on me and she has never steered me wrong. She is also available by appointment which is nice and both her and Kimmy can go as fast or slow as you need them to. I cannot recommend Bella and Kimmy enough. They make the nail experience an enjoyable one.

I came here to get a regular Gelish manicure, but while I was chatting with my friend, the nail tech completely cut off all my nails — nothing was left! When I asked why she did that, she said she thought I wanted a full set. I had already explained 4–5 times what I wanted, so I have no idea how this got so messed up. I was extremely upset — my nails were cut down unevenly with no shape at all. She then said she would add fake tips so I would have “some nails” until mine grew back. I’ve never had fake nails before, but she said it was the only option after her mistake. There ended up being visible gaps between my real nails and the fake ones, which trapped everything I touched — very unhygienic! I spent $120 and had to call them afterward asking to remove it and give me a credit so I could come back once my nails grew out for the Gelish I originally wanted. The manager refused a refund or credit and only offered to remove it. I ended up going to another salon a week later, and as you can see in the pictures, it was a terrible experience — a waste of money and time. My healthy nails had to soak in acetone for 30 minutes just to fix their mess. A business in America should have staff who can understand and communicate in English. Miscommunication like this should never happen if they just listened to my original request. None of the techs there could speak or understand English properly, and it caused this whole disaster.

I would advise anyone to be cautious before visiting this location. I was a loyal customer of 3 years and never had any issues with the customer service or services received. However, my visit October 23rd was not the best. I had to get my french tip toenail fixed 4 times within a week because she did the acrylic too thin which caused my toenail to break. I explained to Lee (manager with the bun) that this had never happened to me in my 3 years of patronizing this establishment. Then I had to come back again today (November 1st) because my acrylic on my other toe cracked. There was nothing new in my routine to cause these frequent mishaps other than I tried a new technician on my toes. When checking out, they wanted to charge me, which is fine all though my visit was within the 10 day grace period they allow. I wanted to nicely explain to Lee that I had to come back a total of 5 times since my initial visit, she was then rude and told me not to worry about it and then walked off. I wasn’t even being loud or rude, I was just expressing that I wasn’t trying to be a nuisance and that I spent over $75 for my service plus tipped each time I came back and there was no other accommodation other than them fixing my toenail, which is frustrating since the back and forth was time consuming. I would not recommend coming here!!! I would recommend the Heights Location instead they are managed independently.

I’m not usually the type to complain especially about nails because I’m so low maintenance . Although each time I come for nails I’m disappointed and honestly the true issue is me continuing to go back. Things like this are super frustrating. My nails are peeling and the old color is beginning to show it hasn’t even been a week. It’s been 4 days! On top of that the next day they were already peeling and I decided to just leave it but it’s progressively just getting worse… sigh sigh sigh. I really dislike these kind of experiences when you willing spend your hard earned money.
