I recently visited this salon while in Houston on a business trip , and I am absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt like a VIP. The outstanding customer service set the tone for my visit. I was paired with a talented young man who did a fantastic job on my pedicure. He took his time and paid great attention to detail, creating a wonderfully relaxing experience that I desperately needed after a long day at the office. A special shout out to Wendy, who truly exceeded my expectations. I showed her an inspiration photo for 3-D nails, and she "nailed it" perfectly! I was amazed at how quickly she performed such intricate work while ensuring every detail was just right. Wendy also provided a thorough quote upfront, which eliminated any surprises regarding pricing. Her thoughtful approach included asking questions and strategizing with me, making sure I received exactly what I wanted. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, frequently refilling my green tea and checking in on my satisfaction throughout my visit. This salon has completely won me over, and I will undoubtedly make it my go-to place every time I'm in Houston. Highly recommended!

I just moved to the area and went here for a gel builder manicure on natural nails. The atmosphere and customer service was super fun and attentive but the actual nails were just okay. I guess I should’ve paid closer attention but I haven’t had to worry about it at other salons in the past. I asked to keep my length but make them all even and some nails were left noticeably longer than others. He also did uneven application leaving some of the edges vulnerable to collecting dirt/grime. Not sure the experience was worth the price since the actual product was mediocre at best.

I have been going to this salon for a year. I went there on a Saturday and After 4 days my chrome started peeling. I came next Saturday and the Hostess told me that they would be able to fix it and I have to wait for 20 minutes since they were short staff so I said if you cannot help me today is possible to come back tomorrow? The manager and the hostess said NO because on a Sunday they will be even more short staffed and I said ok so I told them that’s fine if is just 20 minutes I’ll be walking around the area after 1:40 minutes I never received the call however when I went hack the hostess told me they don’t have anyone available yet but there was a person next to me walking in to get a pedicure and a full set and they were able to sit here right away. So I got upset and I asked what’s going on and then other manager saw that I was upset about the waiting time. He didn’t even know the reason why I was there or the service that I was looking for and he said I can reschedule for tomorrow morning so I got even more upset because this is exactly what I asked at first!!! And they told me No and instead they decided to have me waiting 1:40 minutes I was very upset and all I got is the manager having scheduled for Sunday 10:00 whoever something came up with my dog and I couldn’t make it so I called them to reschedule and they told me no we already scheduled for today and we are not going to reschedule so if you miss your appointment today we are going to charge you isn’t this crazy??? I am very upset because I have been very nice every time I've gone I've given them tips very well and they were sunable to help me. I’m not going back again to this location. And I have take the time to read all the answers when you make a review and they are literally just a nice message copy and pasted from chat GPT. They put please give us a call or come back to make it right for you in the future but but I’m pretty sure that when you call they are lying because they are going to give you the same trash response that they are not able to doanything . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK!!!! THEY ACT LIKE ROBOTS SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER. THEY DONT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY ON THEIR MISTAKES I WAS NOT ASKIG FOR A FAVOR I WAS ASKING THEM TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE.

I visited the salon on June 8 for a dip powder manicure with Sammy and a pedicure with a male technician. I usually get acrylics and regret not choosing them this time. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the nail quality; attention to detail was lacking at the price. I tried this salon for convenience, but haven't found the right nail artist yet. The salon itself is beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere, but the quality of work didn't meet my expectations.

My whole experience has always been great. I’ve never left disappointed in any of my services today I got a pedicure that was aloe vera and it was very calming! Bee did a beautiful brown French tip and made the experience great! I will definitely be back!
