Had a great first time experience at this salon! Definitely will comeback! I was a walk in for pedicure they immediately got someone available for service, KIM was amazing very detailed oriented and made my toes look beautiful and clean. I had a complimentary drink and enjoyed my chair massage. I really liked the decoration and I appreciate the fact that there are no TVs hanging all over the walls, sometimes that can be overstimulating but here it was just perfect to relax and unwind. The music was really good share the playlist !! 👌🏾 Will come back and get another service: staff and premises are amazing!

Honestly I’ve never been treated nicer. My manicure came out great and my pedicure too. But like wow on the manicure. I know everyone is particular and picky and everyone has their opinions. I heard people asking for changes or to see something else and the energy was immaculate. The staff was always ready and willing to accommodate. I got the most basic thing possible but still walked out with both a mani and pedi for under $100 before tip. I feel like that’s unheard of nowadays. Plus up to 3 complimentary drinks?! I had just one :) but seriously I felt so comfortable here. I will be back

EXTREMELY unprofessional and rough handling. Most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. I loved coming to this shop. It’s local and I’ve never had any issues prior. Always loved the service. This time Jenny did my refill and was extremely rude, did not speak to me the whole service until the end. Asking me “ do you live around here” I was getting pedicure as well. Both techs acted as if they did not want to do my nails and were extremely rough. Only spoke near the end of the service. Jenny was very rough the entire time and literally did not speak a word. She gave me a pillow and used her utensil box for me to put my hand on and kept flipping my hand off to access it to get different items. I’ve come to this salon before and never experienced this. This was on a Saturday right at 9:30am when they opened. Horrible and uncomfortable experience when someone is touching you and acting as if they do not want to do it. Very unfortunate that I won’t be returning. They gave me 15% off because of the service. I loved coming here, but I’m way too much of a loyal customer and no one should ever experience what I went through. *update*. This was no misunderstanding, she was rough the whole time, did not speak to me until the end for her tip. I get my nails done regularly, and now my fingers are in pain and bleeding. Rough handling and not speaking is not a misunderstanding. The manager at the location is always respectful and polite and provided a 15%, which money does not change this outcome.

I had such a great first time experience at this salon. I’ve been trying salons in the area the last few months and haven’t been able to find one I loved. The rest were decent but no different than the last. However, executive nails was the standout salon. The staff was personable, had a great drink selection, and so many different nail colors. I got a paraffin pedicure, shellac polish on my toes and a very detailed full set acrylic nail design and before tip my total was $155. Which is great for everything I got. Jasmine was my nail tech and she did such a beautiful job! My nails are stunning. The salon itself was very pretty and elevated. I think I found my home base salon. Lastly, Bella in the front was kind and personable. I could just tell she genuinely cared about my experience. Oh, and the play list was so good. Loved the music!

Jenny did an amazing job crafting the almond nail shape that I wanted and did an excellent french tip set! The best french tip set I’ve ever received! Angel did an amazing job on my pedicure and was very meticulous with the shape even polish application. I also was offered a variety of beverage options to choose from. I will be returning!
