2025-12-14My friend and I enjoy coming here for our maintenance nail services. The spa is always clean and attentive, the hospitality our nail tech Renee provides is always impeccable. Renee is passionate about her art and it never fails to showcase in her services!

2025-10-22I requested a soak off/nail removal yesterday. They did not get soaked at all. They quite literally got ripped off. The lady told me since my nails were old, they can just do it. To a certain extent I understood, but it can also be dangerous or damaging especially if all the nails arent so easily "flicked off". She was pretty aggressive with it. Some hurt others didn't. But she ripped off the tip of my pinky nail bed and it was bleeding. The shock covered the pain until she put alcohol on it. Today it actually hurts more. I paid 15 for my nails to get ripped off. Which I could've done at home myself. I shouldve expressed how I shouldn't even have paid for that kind of service. I get it, I came in 30 minutes before closing. But I wasn't planning on a whole new set...just a nail removal. If you want your nails removed, I'd ask if its actually gonna be a proper soak, or go elsewhere....

2025-06-18I got my mani and pedi done by Kimberly H today and I absolutely love them! She has great attention to detail. I usually have to “fix” my nails & toes when I get home, but not today! I will be booking appointments with her next time :)
