I decided to visit this salon because of its five-star reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had my nails done along with my family, and the polish came off within an hour for all of us. I contacted the salon immediately, but since they were closed on Sunday, I went back on Monday to request a full refund. The front desk staff were polite and tried to help — they even called the owner multiple times on our behalf. However, the owner refused to speak with us and declined to provide a written explanation for denying the refund. This shows very poor and unprofessional work ethics. We made several attempts to resolve the issue by offering different solutions. I personally visited the salon, spending few hours, but the owner still refused to return my money. The situation caused unnecessary stress and wasted a great deal of time. Even the front desk staff appeared upset and tearful due to the owner’s rude behavior on the phone. Later, I went to another salon, where they informed me that the previous salon’s application process was done incorrectly — which explained why the nail color and design came off so quickly. Based on what my family went through, I cannot recommend this salon.

This is the third time I have gone to Moda Nails. The first visit, Frances took care of me. I was so impressed with her attention to detail. The second time, I met Silvia. She did such an amazing job on a nail technique she had never tried before… did it like a pro! This last time, I mentioned to Silvia how I was thinking of doing away with acrylic overlay for something that looked more natural, more healthy, but I mentioned how my nails get very weak and easily break after removing them. She introduced me to Cre8tion Builder Gel. She said she had used the technique on her mom and she absolutely loved them! I couldn’t agree more! I am completely satisfied with the results! Great place!! The space is so cute, everything was clean, and they were able to make my nail inspo come to life (obsessed!). My nail tech did great with both my mani and pedi - would definitely go back.
