Park village Nails Euless

We love park village nails! This is a regular spot for my husband and I for pedicures and for me to do my nails. I always do my nails with Ann. The owners Thomas and Julie are awesome. They are there all the time ensuring service and atmosphere exceed expectations. We love their cocktails and drink options. Best pedicure is the Milk & Honey! They just got new seating as well - super high tech.

This is the second time I’ve paid $15 extra for chrome and yet it’s chipped within a few days. I got the service done 10/28 but it actually started chipping the next two days. Less than a week. I would go back and have them fix it, but I already had to have them fix it the very first day due to the color coming out different than the sample they had on display. I’ve liked this salon and normally they do a good job (although I always ask for Tee, she is the best) but this time I had Vivian the first attempt, and Cindy fixing it the second attempt. Cindy seemed impatient and applied numerous top coats for some reason which I knew would cause it to scratch easily and it did. Looked goopy on my other thumb nail as well. When I told her that I think I’ll just get a regular color next time, Cindy replied with a snarky, rude tone “Maybe you should. Maybe that’ll work better for you”. I always, always tip at least 20%. But after spending 2.5 hrs and having them “fix” it just to still not have the right result and for it to chip and then Cindy’s remark, I skipped the tip for the first time ever. Which I could tell the manager was not happy about. If you want regular dip this place is fine. But the chrome chips and is not worth the extra $15, especially when all they do is dip an eye shadow sponge in the powder and rub on top. The task is not difficult or strenuous so I don’t understand the extra $15 making it nearly $60. Debating if I will keep coming here. I really like Tee and her work, but three of the other nail techs now have not been great. And the rude remark really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I normally enjoy this nail salon but not this time. Leon did a great job on my pedicure but David did not on my nails and I was charged $95. Upon speaking with the owner the acrylic started off at $55. I was additionally charged $15 for flowers, mind you they don’t look like flowers, $15 for U-shaped, and coffin even tho I asked for square lol which comes out to $85. So how does that add up to 95… David added his own tip on my bill. I showed him the nails I wanted minus the rhinestones and a shorter length and what I got does not match AT ALL. These were suppose to be my birthday nails, now I have to get them redone!!!!

I came here for the first time in September and absolutely loved everything about my experience! The salon was clean, the chairs were comfortable, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My nails came out beautifully, and the lady who did my pedicure did a phenomenal job. Because of that great first visit, I was excited to come back about a month later. I usually get a tapered square French tip. During my second visit, the nail tech asked what shape I wanted, and I explained “tapered square.” She didn’t seem familiar with the term, so I showed her a picture. She insisted it was a coffin shape, but I explained that it’s slightly different. I let that go, but later she asked if I wanted a curved or straight French tip. I said curved, and she told me it would be $15 extra — whereas a straight line would be $5 extra. That caught me off guard because during my first visit, I wasn’t charged any additional fee for the style of French tip I chose. I understand if certain designs take longer and cost more, but what frustrated me was the inconsistency in pricing and the lack of clear communication about it. She offered to let me speak with the owner, who was also getting her nails done at the time, but I didn’t want to make a scene. I just paid my bill, left a tip (because she did a decent job), and went on my way. Unfortunately, the result wasn’t exactly what I wanted, and the surprise extra charge left a sour taste. It’s disappointing, because after my first visit I truly thought I’d found my new regular nail spot. Now I’m back to searching for a place that’s consistent both in quality and pricing.

I can’t rave enough about this nail salon. It is beautifully decorated, I honestly think it’s my favorite nail salon I have ever been to and I’ve been to many salons all over the country. By far the best in the Dallas area. I love the ambience and the friendly staff. The salon is chic, very clean, and has every polish or nail art you could ever dream off. Ruby was my nail tech and she went above and beyond. The way she takes her time and pays attention to detail, she’s absolutely exceptional. This salon offers add on treatments like neck massages during your service and I loved every minute of mine. Treat yourself to a pampered day. They will treat you like the king/queen that you are. I promise you, they are worth every penny. Ohh and the cherry on top… they serve cocktails and wine.
