I’ve had good experiences here in the past, which is why I was disappointed today. I went in for a quick gel polish change with a chrome topper—no pedicure, filing, or cuticle work—and was charged $35. I wasn’t told the price beforehand, and honestly, the quality didn’t match the cost. For such a simple service, I expected better results and more transparency around pricing.

My gel pedicure chipped after 3 days and one of my acrylic nails broke after a week. The quality is not there at all. They don’t typically have staff that can do design work beyond a basic flower. I have honestly had better service at the beauty college.

I come here monthly and Cody and his team are friendly, do a consistently amazing job, and prices are very reasonable. This is the best nail salon I have been to across several states. Color is vibrant, staff takes the time to ensure beautiful quality results. I won’t go to another salon unless I move. Highly recommend! Tip: Make sure to make an appointment as they are quite busy with regulars, but they are flexible enough to squeeze you in.

Call ahead... It's WORTH IT! Love this place, it is very centrally located in the heart of Georgetown. They offer a beverage with your service and lots of friendly conversation. My nails look amazing! The massage chairs are a plus! Update: Fall colors are here!!! Super excited to start my nail journey over with Yen Nails and Spa! Cody takes suck great care of my nails that they stay healthy and I never need to take breaks! Love this place!

First time visit to this place. I wanted to try it out because they had outstanding reviews. I wanted a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. They did incredible work on my nails. The attention to detail is unmatched. All the nail techs that worked on me were clearly very good at what they do and spent a lot of time making sure it was done right. The owner and his wife also jumped in to help with my French no chip manicure after Anne was finished with the pedi. Professionalism: I would say they need help in this area. The owner made me a bit uncomfortable asking a lot of questions and constantly asking if I like my nails. He asked about 15 times total if I liked them. And I did! I love them. These are the best I’ve ever seen my nails. But asking again and again was tiring on me and I left with a little headache. My other tech Anne asked if I was married, had a boyfriend, what my status was and that was awkward. She also asked me if my voice was like that because I was sick. Which… I’m not. It’s raspy and that’s how it is. She was really nice after all of that but that was unnecessary. I honestly appreciate quiet time when I go to get my nails done and this was a lot of chatter and overstimulation for me. Anne also got me a water to drink and it was previously opened and someone had drank from it clearly. (Picture posted) With all that said, I am incredibly happy with how my nails turned out. Oh and the pedicure chairs have an awesome massage function. The massage given after my hands and feet were done was also excellent. $82 subtotal- pictures of my nails attached.
