Resort Nail Bar

I came in on Labor Day because not many places were open. I waited around 26 minutes until someone came to my chair. Just getting the basic spa pedicure for a trip to the beach Wednesday. My nail technician was very sweet but rushed through the pedicure. The entire pedicure only took 15 minutes. Overall I got what I paid for.

It was my first time going to this salon, it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL I loved the vibe and the music and etc. I got a delux gel pedicure for around $75 (plus tip) and I would say it was worth the money, the toes came out beautifully, they just didn’t focus on my calluses enough at all, and that’s what I mainly asked for since I haven’t gotten my feet done in a hot minute and it was bad. To be completely fair, I did come in an hour and a half before close, I got there late, but for $75 I expected better callous work since that’s a huge part of a pedicure. Also, the workers were so charming and hilarious and i had a guy working on me first while the other lady was busy with someone else, he seemed.. disgusted working with my feet, and while it didn’t bug me because like… ew feet lol, but he didn’t take his time doing callous work, and the water for the soak got cold while he was chatting with the other workers for over 30 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience and I would come back, but I just wish for $75 I got more attention on the callous. I’ll add a picture of the beautiful pedicure!

If I could leave, no stars, I would so me and my daughter went at 6:30 PM. They close at 7:30 PM. I wanted a manicure and pedicure with dip on my nails and regular polish on my toes. My pedicure wasn’t bad they didn’t scrub my calluses like I’m used to. I didn’t get my cuticles pushed back on my toes or anything trimmed like normal. She was digging in with the cuticle cutter a little too hard. My nails on the other hand, I wanted a manicure. I was thinking I would get a little hand, soak, cuticle, trim, shaping of the nails and then dip… instead he filed off my previous dip which hurt way more than it should’ve he was filing all over my skin on the sides of the nail after that, he proceeded to go straight back into dip. I have so much dip powder on my skin around my nails. Also on my wrist and on back of my hand from when I soaked the previous dip off. It’s all under my nails as well he tried to wipe me down with a wet towel, which did nothing…. I have probably five fingers that have cuts on them. I got all purple with white accent nails. They are different thicknesses. I don’t know how this place has this many good reviews.. my daughter wound up getting a full set. Just normal length, squared, French tip with a design on a couple of the French tips…. her nails were all different shapes. The application was not good. Her design was nothing like what the picture showed. while they were finishing up my nails, which was probably a little after 7:30. They had turned the lights off on us if they didn’t have time to do the manicure pedicure then they should’ve said so we came an hour before they closed thinking we had time we ended up paying 160 something dollars she took her nails off in the car and I’m going to get mine fixed tomorrow so we just completely wasted $192.05!!!!!!!! will not be going back !

This was my first time coming to this nail salon, I wanted to try it because of the reviews. I have been getting my nails done for years with dip powder and this is the first time I think I have ever said I have done my own nails better than the service I received. I paid $60 for dip powder, nail shaping (which I have never had to pay for before) and gel polish. The owner is very nice and asks what you would like. They try pushing a pedicure on you because their staff was all just sitting around bored. Once I sat down, I tried showing the tech a style I wanted and she said she didn’t like it so I needed to do something else that she could do. I also asked if my nails were too short for almond and she said no we can do short. You don’t need to add tips on, your length is fine. I got my last set soaked off and then she began doing my nails. She didn’t speak very much English at all. But I wanted clear bottom and she went and got a pink bottom dip color. Then once all is done, she doesn’t dremal my nails down at all. So I have dip stuck to my cuticles and under my nails. She only took her file to them. I had to go home and get the excess material out from under my nails and clip off the material from my cuticles. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced and I will not be going back. If I’m paying you, I deserve quality service. Ohhh I forgot she was on her phone answering text messages multiple times while doing my nails. So unprofessional

My favorite nail salon! David is always warm and welcoming when I come in and Thai always does a beautiful job on my nails. She's so detailed and makes sure its perfect.
