2022-04-26Loved the atmosphere here. Everyone was pretty nice. The owner is nice and very knowledgeable as well. She was helpful. I absolutely love my nails. They did a really good job! Much better than the people at Onyx nail bar in Alliance. I'm never going back there and will not advise anyone to go there. My nails are 4 days old in the pictures and they still look amazing!

2023-02-25Gem Nail spa is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to! The environment is always warm and welcoming. Ann has done my nails the las t few times I’ve came and I always leave happy! Moving to Austin soon but they are so good here I’m going to have to stop in anytime I’m in town!!

2020-01-12First time coming to Gem nail spa and it was ok for me. The pedicure could have been a little better. The massage chairs need to work with more pressure. My acrylic gel nails came out semi-nice, they could have done better they looked quite lumpy. Overall the salon is nice and it’s in a great convenient location.

2021-03-26Great experience!! My nail shape and color is gorgeous!!I got the dip, Ana shaped my nails nicely. Kaylee did my pedicure and I have to say it’s one of the best pedicure I have had!! My feet felt and looked amazing after. Even though I came in a little later I still got great service and didn’t feel rushed. I will definitely be back. 🙌🏻☺️
