My husband and I have been customers of Tom and Nia’s for over five years. My job is extremely hard on my nails. Tom does such a great job they withstand the stress and they still look amazing two weeks later. He doesn’t talk much, he puts his head down and to work he goes. He’s extremely efficient and kind. I can’t say enough good things about him. Nia does my husband’s mani-pedi. She’s extremely talented. She does an AWESOME job. He’s extremely hard on his nails and she cleans his hands up to where he could model for a jewelry store. Please, go try them. I promise you will not be disappointed. Hands down my BEST nail experience ever started with them.

I had a great experience at this salon! I asked for a fairly complicated set and design, but the nail tech put great attention to detail and the designs all came out great. I am very picky when it comes to nail design, and he was very patient with any small adjustments I’d speak up about! I was very satisfied, the staff is also very kind and patient.

I’m surprised by the reviews. I walked in for a soak off. I was greeted warmly but that was the extent of the pleasantries. The soak off was as expected but after realizing my nails were going to be in bad shape, I asked for a manicure. It was the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. The man doing it did kept apologizing but it didn’t change the amount of pressure he used when roughly scraping my nail or how often he pulled while cutting the dead skin around my nail beds. I suggest new nippers if you have to pull. I thought about walking out but I was too far into the service. I figured if I had to pay I should at least get my nails trimmed and filed (I cut them off myself later because I didn’t want to chance getting nipped). The techs seemed to have a lot to talk about. They talked to each other the whole time while laughing, which was uncomfortable. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend.

Great experience ! My nails were hand painted , the design was very hard to do but the patience was amazing. Looks just like the inspo picture. I’ve been here before but I’ll definitely keep coming back !

I am so pleased with this shop! They were so kind and apologetic about the wait time! Jenny… what can I say? She is truly so kind and takes pride in her work! She worked with me intentionally and promptly. We worked together to make the shade you see here in the picture by using one coat of 238 and a maroon color on top.
