2025-11-19Charged me 150 for French tip acrylics short and they’re not even done right! I was originally told 55 for toes and 60 hands and yet my total came out to be 150! My nails aren’t an even done properly because one male worker rushed to do them while o was getting my feet done. Will not be back and very disappointed!

2025-07-22Being 5 hours away from my usual nail place for the time being is proving challenging to get my nails done so after a lot of Google research I came here. Here's why 3 stars...3 positives.... Pros... 1. Close to where I'm staying, less than 15 minutes in Dallas traffic(which we all know is GREAT) 2. Speed...in my 30+ years of getting my nails done, I've never been in and out in 30 minutes for just nails...start to finish. 3. The price, even with a tip(and yes I tip regardless of how I feel about the service) the cost was reasonable. I've paid more for just nails in the past. And that's where the positives end Cons 1. I did not get what I asked for. I wanted dipping powder and the man who did my nails said ok and proceeded to use acrylic even after I stopped him and said I wanted dip, he said ok and for my French Tip nails, this would be better, and continued with what I know is acrylic. There is a huge difference in application. Maybe because he didn't want to take the time to dip he just did what he wanted. I had other things to do afterwards so it is what it is now. But the next place I go to, I will demand dip as I requested even if that means starting over with the entire service. 2. The damage to my nails from him scraping acrylic off to make the white tips is glaringly evident every time I look at my nails. Once again, speed over quality was most important. And another reason I don't do acrylics. 3. I had a long day and was looking forward to the complimentary drinks everyone mentioned in their reviews and not once was I offered a drink but everyone else was and it shouldn't be my job to ask when no one else had to. I guess they didn't want me to take up time by enjoying a drink while getting my nails done. Again, speed over everything else. My search for a temporary nail salon continues. I've been getting my nails done for too long to settle for fast over quality. I have to look at my nails every day, they don't and I want them how I want them.

2024-11-24November 22 I went in and got a pedicure paid for the lavender Pedi which was 55. Not knowing I would come out with scratches on my leg. Due to the scrub products they use on your legs. I always come to this place for my pedicures and never had problems, but this time The lady saw that she scratched me up and said sorry and kept going. It felt like glass just cutting my skin. I'm very disappointed . But she did do a great job on everything else.
