2025-05-24I have come here multiple times But this time was by far the worse ever, and I will not be coming back here. I told the guy how I wanted my nails and what done with them he did not listen at all. I have been growing out my nails for a month or so now and I wanted to stay that Length but a little bit shorter to match the one I broke well he didn’t listen he cut the nail I broke all the way down. And then he said he was going to clean under my nails but he started to shave my nails away I was really pissed about that. And none of my nails are the same length and they ain’t even straight. He knew he did wrong but didn’t even offer a discount or anything he still charged me full price and I did ask to speak to the manager and he said he was he didn’t even try to come up with a Solution to make it better.
