Edit: Priscilla the owner contacted me and made everything right. She offered for her or another stylist to fix my nails as well as giving me a refund. Thank you so much priscilla!! I will be returning and asking for her. I really wanted to like this salon, but I left disappointed. My nails were uneven, super lumpy they weren't smoothed out at all, and they weren't shaped how i wanted. I had a inspo pic and my nails look nothing like the picture. When she was done with my nails she said "I didn't try my best i'm sorry" That's not something i or anybody else would want to hear about our nails, especially if were paying money. Will not be returning.

Karlas does my nails right every time. I always come up with some crazy challenging designs as well at times. When I'm going in for my Basics though where you can see imperfect if you don't go to the right person, Karlas is able to make my real nails look incredible with overlay or gel! She is up front about her costs and does a great job in communicating any issues you may have. I wish I had more pictures of the amazing designs she has done for me over the many appointments I've had with her but she has an Instagram where she posts her work. Karlas definitely made Glam the spot for me to go especially since ahe cleans up her work station and ensures you have a comfortable experience.

Karla was great! I booked an overlay for myself and a new set for my daughter. Karla really pays attention to detail and asks you how you feel about the work during the process to ensure you’re satisfied. Her work is beautiful and she has great hours to fit in those of us that have a regular 8-5 🩷

I got my nails done here at the shop on dyer desperately looking for someone to fit me in last minute since my other nail tech ghosted me day of appointment but i scheduled with KARLA she did an amazing job!! I had never be there before and I would definitely go back I got my nails and toes done by her and I loved them they lasted for so long matter of fact I my toe paint is still on ! And if I had any problems with my nails she was so understanding and helpful!

An appointment was made for two of us. A mani/pedi and one pedicure (mine). From the start, the service was unacceptable. Pedicure: I had to clip my own big toenail because the technician didn’t understand I wanted them short. My feet never touched water for soaking or scrubbing. She went straight to polish. When I asked if my feet would be scrubbed first, she told me, “that’s how we do things” and claimed the Texas State Board requires polish before scrubbing. That made no sense, but I allowed her to continue. Once the polish was done, she asked if I wanted to pay extra for scrubbing and callus care, something that should already be included in a pedicure. At that point, I stopped the service and went out to the car. They still charged my girlfriend $15 for the poorly done incomplete pedicure. Manicure: My girlfriend only got a gel manicure (no pedicure). The result was sloppy and poorly done, with uneven polish. So, they charged $50+ for services that were misleading, incomplete, and unprofessional. A pedicure with no soak , no scrub is not a pedicure! Please save your time and money and avoid this scam place!
