2025-11-30I've been going to CK Nail Lounge regularly since early September. Every time I've gone, I feel welcome, comfortable, and heard. I've gone most often with Yesenia and she is AMAZING! I truly can't recommend her enough! My hands feel happy and my nails are so pretty!

2025-05-17Worst experience. A fill took 1.5 hours. My shape is off. Thick nails and all different sizes. Had to change nail techs due to the time. Asked the second nail tech to fix a few nails bulkiness and she was upset I just didnt ask anymore. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years and this was ridiculous. I mentioned to the manager that some nails were not right and her response was she doesn’t do nails she sees nothing wrong with it. Price was over charged from what I was told. Highly upset. To add to the owners reply. The lifted nail was still as a fill. Nothing extra. The service to just drill was more than 1 hour. You as the owner even changed me nail techs. Yes I changed my want of my design because I was already there over an hour. My specialty color was literally just pink and a bit of white in it. Nothing spectacular. Yes I had been there for 1.5 hours. For a fill. I was tired and had to pick my child up. I didn’t expect to be there more than 2 hours for a simple fill. I arrived at 4:50pm. And did not leave until 6:30. It would have been later if I decided to go with French tip. I said I was satisfied and left because I did not want anymore time to be wasted. You can clearly see the difference in sizes in my nails and even the shape is incorrect. So yes. Unsatisfied.
