NV Nails Edinburg

I always go to Vanessa for my nails and she never disappoints. She pays so much attention to detail, her work is beautiful, and she keeps her space super clean and neat. I always feel comfortable while I’m there and I leave loving my nails every time 🫰🏻

I have been going to NV nails for almost 2 years, I've never encountered any issues; until 2 Sunday ago. I went in for a pedicure and was greeted warmly and attentive, no complaints there. However, the service was horrible. The young lady that did my pedicure did a horrible job. I even mentioned some details that needed attention but she didn't acknowledge. All she was concerned about was her hair that was loose and going to visit family the following day. It's been only 9 days since my shellac pedicure, but my feet feel rough, and still have much cuticle around my toes. Extremely disappointed. Please don't request the younger lady with long hair and name starts with "J". She does a horrible job. We'll have to go back into get another pedicure in less than 9 days. Any recommendations? Willing to change salon.

Have been coming once a month for about a year. I noticed that almost all of them act genuinely bothered or annoyed having to do their job. I put up with it because they were able to knock out me and my family fast (we all liked getting pedicures together). Today was the final straw for me. The lady doing my feet kept letting out these deep exhales like when you're annoyed. I said nothing. Then when I wanted to do my hands she started complaining she didn't want to so they were there trying to figure out who else to do it for me. In front of other customers. So i said forget it. Dont think i should have to beg for a service om paying for. Its ridiculous. Not only embarrassing but very unprofessional. Never coming back.

I’ve been doing my manicure and pedicure every 2-3 weeks for over 25years. I’ve gone to many places all over 956 area. I finally found (Mary) whom takes her time to perfect the nail process. Especially cause I’m very picky. I’ve been with her for 2yrs now and haven’t disappointed me once. She always asks me how I want my nails. If I’m happy with the color or shape. She maintains constant communication to make sure we’re on the same page of what I want. Extremely happy with Mary. I will follow her where ever she goes

I have been going to NV nails for some time now and been serviced by almost everyone. However, I was never prompted to leave a review until now. A couple of weeks ago I went in for a new set and unfortunately was disappointed on the finish product. My nails were not the same shape and the nail polish application was mid. Within 2 weeks I had 2 nails lifting and my nails looked like I had several fills done which is not a good look. Yesterday I went in for a fill and have my nails shaped all the same. I left the salon so happy!!!! I was so lucky to be serviced by Leyda and will only request to be serviced by her. She was surprised to see how my nails looked and fixed my nails. Thank you so much Leyda! I really appreciate you taking me as a client and will continue to be your client! I love a simple classy look but more so I love that my nails are all the same shape! And just in time for my trip!
