Luxury Nail Bar

First time I came here I was impressed because the location was clean and new but my nails literally popped off two weeks after. I had received a refill shellac. I gave them a second chance and within 4 days, my nails looked like press ons. During my service I was asked if I would like a drink and asked for a Chardonnay which was filled half way like as shot lol. I came back in before warranty to get my nails fixed and a guy started on them, walked away three times and some lady took over. This is ridiculous but upon waiting for someone, there was another lady waiting to complain and just left because she said she has been experiencing the same as me. I don’t mind paying a good amount if my nails and service are worth it and this place is not.

I paid $105 (to be exact) for my daughter’s nails, and they didn’t even last a full week! For the price, I expected quality and durability. When I reached out, a refund wasn’t even an option instead, they only offered to repair them. At this point, I don’t want to waste another minute of our time going back and forth. I’ll just take the loss, but it’s very disappointing to spend that much for nails that don’t last. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

I couldn’t be happier with my nail experience. Katie did an amazing job matching my inspo photo! She made sure to check in on me. Making sure I loved my nails! Absolutely amazing.

I came here for a pedicure and they did not disappoint. From the first impression I was greeted and then taken to a chair for my pedicure. I got the VIP pedicure with shellac and they did such a great job. They really took their time and I love the way my pedicure came out. My feet have never felt softer. Definitely coming back again, thank you for such great service!

Disappointed, my daughter and I got our nails done last Saturday and my nails were chipped by monday and my daughters one of her hands polish completely came off this was gel polish too. Paid too much for these nails for this type of service never again.
