Art Nails

I would be very beware of this place, it feels scammy. My nails look good, not great, toes look awful, the customer service is definitely questionable. I called ahead and asked if they could do a pedicure/gel at the same time and was told yes. When I got there I sat down and started my pedicure, 15 min later, started my nails, halfway through the woman doing my nails left to do another woman’s nails that arrived after me…after my toes were done I was moved to a table where the man doing my toes started to finish my nails, then finally the woman came back to actually finish. Just so much back and forth and waiting and that not being communicated when I asked if we could do them at the same time. The scam part? When paying out I was charged for a basic pedicure, then suddenly the man who did my toes said, oh I did the $55 one not the $35. Um. No? I pointed on the menu where I did not receive part of the pedicure of the massage. The woman had already charged me out and told me to add $10 on the already $17 tip. Feels like they just scammed me out of money and services and a $27 tip

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in the place is kinda small and a little dated but I was very surprised and impressed with the service and the quality of service. I wanted to get my toes done for Hawaii and they did an awesome job of capturing exactly what I wanted. We will definitely be going back

I took my daughter today for her 11th birthday and got her first set of acrylics. Everyone was so amazing and friendly. I ended up becoming sick while waiting and went ahead and paid so I could go sit in my car. I was right in front of the door. They said it was no problem she would be good. I will definitely be coming back here to get my nails done and pedicures. And the prices were a really good deal. Definitely would recommend.

I walked in with high expectations based on the reviews. My two daughters and I went in to get acrylic set and felt pressured to do dip powder. We all wanted almond shape nails. The lady who did my nails did a good job but the ones who did my daughters did not. Not only did their fingers get cut but did not get almond shape. On one of their fingers the nail doesn’t cover the nail and they just painted over it to cover the mistake. She had scratches and powder still on the black part of her nails and I called them to see if they would fix it and was treated very rude. I have gotten dip powder in the past with different nail salons and never had burning but this powder did. Will I go back? No. We paid way more than what I was told with. $35 turned in to $65. If she would have fixed the issue then my review would have been different. It was really hot in there too!

You should go see Kayla, Tan,Haley at Cleburne Art Nails. They are really good at the work that they give you. They are friendly, respectful and caring towards their customers. This place is clean and very relaxed. Kayla is amazing at her work. She hasn't disappointed me yet. I give her challenges to see if she could do the design. She takes her time and does a clean job. I will continue going to see her and the rest of the staffing. You won't be disappointed with this business.
