2025-11-14I choose a basic manicure for cost and time savings. My technician applied the polish before the lotion and massage, so I was unable to receive a full hand massage. The massage was me like an arm rub and lasted about 2 minutes per arm. She didn't paint my nails all the way to the edges. When I asked her to fill a spot she missed, she told me she was going to do many layers but did fix it in that moment. She only did 2 layers, which is typical, but not many s she has suggested. The clear coat also did not extend fully over the paint to the edges of the nail and to the cuticle, so some of the paint will chip quickly since it's not protected by the clear coat. Overall, she seemed a bit rushed, but I'm unsure why as the salon was not full. I'm not from Cleburne and was in town for an appointment, but I will try another location if there's a next time. Despite my disappointment with the nail service, everyone was very polite and welcoming.

She loves her kids mani/pedi, they took their time and helped her have an enjoyable service. I got a collagen pedicure, the massage was very relaxing. Our nails look amazing! Would definitely come back whenever we are back in town. Thank you!
